We had an air conditioner issue and called to make an appointment in Detroit Lakes. The service person made us an appointment then gave us suggestions to fix the problem ourselves. The fix worked and we cancelled our appointment. Thanks for the GREAT customer service.

This dealership has a excellent inventory and actually very fair prices. Sales team is average sales team except the one we had did not really explain or try to sell options available for the unit that we were purchasing. Our deal was done online which I would not recommend due to our unit has alot of mfg defects and is brand new!! Brand is Gulfstream. Some defects were noted when I picked unit up and numerous others were noticed when we setup the park model purchased. Service as of now would be a very poor rating they have not repaired anything on the list some of which is major and could cause severe interior damage in the future. They have had 33 days so far since purchase and only results on repairs so far is emails and phone calls. We love our new park model but the service so far has not been there and was a question brought up to sales at the time of the purchase. Be very careful and inspect andhave trailer repairs completed before you sign and take delivery, and remember this was a brand new unit. I would change my rating if I saw progress but so far has been all talk and promises but no action. 2 star rating for now until I see improvement on warranty and MFG defects and the only reason a 2 is due to sales lady was friendly but very rushed & seemed like did not want to spend time with you to explain things. They do a PDI (pre delivery inspection) on unit but do not take their word it was done defects I have proves they did not do it except write down serial numbers of the components.
