I love the guys in the repair department. They are great to work with and work hard to meet the customer's needs and to make them (customers) feel great.

Jamie Dunn is an exceptional employee. She made me feel welcome and important and explained my service options very clearly. She entered my info into her computer so that when I return the process will be even smoother and quicker. I bought my Impresa in AZ, but she treated me like a valued customer at her facility. I did find it somewhat awkward to drive into the service dept. and there did not seem to be a convenient place for my friends to wait for me while I was getting my car checked in. They had a hard time turning around in the parking lot area.

They are a great service and I always leave there happy and quickly! Keep up the good work!

You are both always so smazing and filled with kindness. The entire Cascase staff could not have been more helpful- Charlie's truck was fixed and he was incredibly relieved. Cascade Auto Center is a good place to take your business when wanting to buy a car. The people who work there are helpful and patient, not like some car salesmen! Cascade Auto Center primarily deals in new and used GM, Subaru, Mazda and Jeep products, which are all offered at a reasonable price. The service department is also extremely helpful and they do quality work that is backed with a guarantee. The auto center is located just out of town, so is not the most centrally located place to go, but isn't totally off the beaten path either.

Personal care and dedication are qualities I value and because of that I send friends and family to Cascade. They treat you right and do a good job for you.

I still see the service department on a regular basis since my vehicle is a big part of my livelihood as a caregiver. One of my pet peeves with automotive maintenance is that often service departments won’t take a woman seriously. But at Cascade that doesn’t happen. They listen to all my concerns no matter how many times I come in and bug them. They treat me with respect. I like that.

Tim Clark is a tremendous leader out there. He keeps his people happy and good employees make for a good operation.
