I cannot say enough about the exceptional service from Burton Plumbing and Heating.

I have hot water heating and whenever I have had a problem and had no heat, they have made it a priority to get my heat back on. It's been 30 years that I've been doing business with them, and I highly recommend Burton Plumbing and Heating.



Once again, I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work Burton's Plumbing and Heating does. I had a pipe break Feb 15, 2015, and James, one of the plumbers, was at my house within 15 minutes. He capped off the pipes so I could still have water until the pipe could be fixed, and once he came back to find the pipe with break, he immediately located it and repaired. Burton's Plumbing and Heating is definitely the only heating and plumbing company I will ever use.

Burton's was fantastic. Had an issue with our hot water heater and they came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Repairman explained everything, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call them if we need any other service.

BURTON PLUMBING WAS VERY FAIR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DRAIN BACK UP THAT I HAD IN MY BASEMENT. UPON INVESTIGATION, TECHNICIAN JAMES DISCOVERED THAT THE OUTSIDE DRAIN PIPE LEADING TO THE MAIN CITY DRAIN WAS BLOCKED BY TREE ROOTS. TECHNICIAN JAMES WAS VERY POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE ALSO TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL ABOUT THE SNAKING PROCESS AND OUR ROOT PROBLEM. I AM SCHEDULED TO HAVE MY DRAIN SCOPED BY A CAMERA TO SEE IF THERE IS GOING TO BE ANY POTENTIAL FUTURE PROBLEMS. I EXPECT TO RECEIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BURTON PLUMBING TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A FAIR/HONEST PLUMBER.

VERY PROFESSIONAL After trying to have a drain line snaked we found that the kitchen sink line was broken below the floor. Chris gave me a very detailed bid that I was able to submit to my insurance company. Curtis Burton called my agent a number of times to keep them informed and helped out tremendously in getting the insurance to cover the claim. A number of technicians came out to rip up the concrete and replace the drain. With all the work that had to be done I was worried about the mess but that was not the case. They tarped and keep the debris cleaned up so well when they were done I did not have any cleanup to do, The basement area is completely finished I could not believe how well they looked after my stuff. They are truly professional and would recommend them to any one for any job.

My home in Livonia Mi was effected by the recent floods. We ended up with about 6 inches of water in the basement and our water heater was under water. We called Burton's Plumbing and Tom Burton came out. Tom went through the water heater completely and restored service. The performance that I would like to commend is that our cleanup resulted in dozens of bags of debris in the basement. Each time Tom came up the stairs he brought up an additional bag. This reduced our cleanup time by hours. A plumber that goes above and beyond like this should be rewarded. Thank you Burton's Plumbing for making our tough situation a little easier Robert K

I was very disappointed by this plumber. I needed a shower head and handle installed in an existing shower. He was here for approximately 45 minutes and didn't give me an estimate before he started working. If he had, I would have laughed him right out of my house with the $400 he charged! I have called several other plumbers who said they charge between $150-$200 for the same work. I have called and left several messages...no returned calls!! I also requested estimates for other work. He sent them via e-mail. Since I haven't responded, he just keeps resending the same e-mail. When I did tell him my concerns in an e-mail, he still hasn't called or replied to the e-mail. DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER!!!

Its sad that they have to charge you to get an estimate. $54 for doing no work is ridiculous. It wasnt even an emergency. If it was I would understand. It doesnt bother me, Ill give the $3000-$4000 job to someone else. I found at least a half a dozen highly rated places that dont charge money for doing nothing.
