I just bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from AJ over at Wilde. I came in looking for a minivan and walked out the proud new owner of a beautiful Odyssey. The car runs great, doesn't have too many miles on it, and I love the color. Hondas are known for great gas mileage and safety so I couldn't be happier with my choice. AJ was a huge help, very enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. He's a great salesman, thanks AJ!

I have had Honda's my whole life and have been very pleased with them so I decided to go to wilde honda for my next purchase. Ashley was knowledgeable and courteous. She was a pleasure to work with while finding me my new accord.

I came to wilde honda with my grandfather to look at a 2010 chevy cobalt I saw online. Ashley greeted us on the lot, got my information, and let me take the car for a few hours. I decided this was the car I wanted so my grandfather did some negotiating and got the car at a stellar price. The process felt like it took a while, but I think I was just excited to get in my new ride. To my surprise they even filled up the gas tank for me. I'm going to keep wilde in mind for my next purchase.

I just purchased a 2011 Chevy Aveo from Arthur at Wilde Honda. I'm very impressed with the car, but even more impressed with the service Arthur gave me. He was very friendly, courteous, and all-around knowledgable. I truly appreciate all the help he gave me. Thanks Arthur!

I just got a 2010 Mini Cooper from Wilde Honda in Waukesha. AJ worked with me to find the right car with the right deal. It's a great, cute little car which I love! I'm so happy with my Mini and I couldn't have gotten it without AJ's help. He was so professional, so knowledgeable and so friendly! I'm so glad I worked with AJ, he was just great!

I recently bought a 2013 Civic SI. It's fantastic, love the bluetooth, back-up camera and the color! AJ was an absolute delight, stayed after the dealership closed to make sure we were satisfied and the car was in immaculate condition. He explained all the features, we love the car! We'll be back at Wilde Honda to get another car for my daughter and we'll definitely be looking for AJ again! Two thumbs up!

Came in looking to buy a Used Pilot and even though I knew what I wanted, AJ was glad to listen and not trying to sell me just anything. Me and my husband was very pleased with how he listened to both of our concerns and presented the best vehicle that met our needs and family. We love our PILOT!!! Thanks!!!

After a couple months of research, we found Wilde to have the largest selection of quality pre-owned certified hondas priced below KBB listing. We worked with Komi and A.J., both of whom were very polite, helpful, and not pushy. Everyone from start to finish that we dealt with there from sales to finance, provided better customer service than we've had with other dealers over the years. We are enjoying our Honda CRV, were willing to drive an hour and a half to get to and from there, and had a very positive overall experience at Wilde in Waukesha.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a total sham. Bad Salesmen will lie through their teeth in order to get you in the door. Once you are in the door the whole story changes. Thats what this place is and unless you like to do the runaround dance with these guys, I recommend you stay away.



A few things they will tell you.



#1 They say they can undershoot every other honda dealer in the city because they are the largest. While they may be the largest I was able to find 2 other dealers in town who shot lower than they did.....PLUS I got an automatic for their "GUARANTEED" lowest price in town.



#2 - they charge a destination fee of appx 750 -850 bucks. This is a fee that if you call them on it they will try to disguise many different ways. For me after negotiating a car, I was told that they negotiated based upon the assumption that we wanted a manual transmission and the automatic is an additional 850 bucks. But they would "knock it down to 800 for me".



So despite the fact that we were VERY CLEARLY negotiating the car that MY WIFE TEST DROVE, they still tried to pull this crap .



#3 The internet salesman will try to discuss deals wtih you OVER THE PHONE and then when you show up, look you in the eye and deny everything .

Good thing I didnt waste more than 2 hours of my life in this place. If i stayed 5 hours I cant imagine the amount of lies and shams I would have been told.

Just like Vegas wasnt built on winners, while they might be the biggest show in town, they didnt build that empire by giving you the best deals in town. They built it (in my opinion) by looking you in the eye and lying to your face. They built it by wasting the consumers time and by dirty sales tactics and sleazy maneuvering.

The customer service was great! However they specialize in Hondas only. I bought a used Pontiac and within the 1st week I had problems. I have had my vehicle for about 90days and I have had to pour about $800 into it. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase. I took it back to them and they said they would pay for 50% of the repair price as long as there mechanic did the work. Their mechanic said they specialize only in Honda and the person who works on other models would be out a few days. Who has a few days to be without a car? So I would say if you’re buying a used car other than a Honda go to a different dealership.
