Thank you! Thank you! I can not express how grateful I am for your assistance today. After trying many options to secure timely transportation for our daughter who needed to get from DC Reagan to DC Dulles in a short amount of time (we did not realize that she was landing in a different airport than where she needed to take off from until she boarded her first flight); I contacted Atlas Limo and Sedan and was almost instantly relieved. "Eric" was so helpful, going out of his way to arrange a ride for her immediately. Furthermore, he provided me with the assurance that he understood my dilemma and that Atlas could assist us in a timely manner. Every other agency I spoke with responded with comments like....that is not enough time; no, we can not arrange transportation quickly enough; no, I don't know of any other options etc. I truly felt his goal was to meet our needs and that he communicated that our daughter would be cared for. He clearly explained how she could connect with the driver,etc. Great thanks to the driver as well! As soon as she landed, the driver contacted her and within minutes she was on her way to Dulles. I have talked to her and she has arrived at Dulles in time for check in. As I previously said, I can not express how grateful I am! Blessings to all of you

The limo arrived on time, but it wasn’t ready to take the passengers on board.

With the temperature outside in high 90s, the temperature inside the

limo was definitely over 100 degrees. All 4 adults and two kids (5 years

old and 3 months old) had a really hard time inside the ride for a

while, before the temperature inside was finally brought to a bearable

level. I would expect the driver to prepare the inside temperature on

the way for pick up. Moreover, during the ride, I had to ask the driver

twice to lower the temperature, because it was way too hot inside and

impossible to enjoy the ride, which was a birthday surprise. In

addition, the limo’s radio and TV didn’t work.



I mentioned twice to the driver that the radio doesn’t work, and the

only response I received was “you have to press the button”. It is not a

rocket science to figure out how to turn a car radio or TV on. Those

devices were flat out of order. Then again, on the way back, neither the

air-conditioning was ready to take in the passengers, nor was the radio

and TV working.



I cant believe that we still have such a poor services around.

I don't usually rate companies, but I signed up for this service specifically to warn others not to use Atlas. We purchased a car service as a birthday gift for my parents who are in their 70s. Gratuity was supposed to be included in the price. However, at the end of the night the driver told my elderly parents to provide him a tip under the pretense that it was not included in the price and he wouldn't make anything if they didn't tip him. Second, my parents paid for tolls out of pocket and when my invoice showed up there was an additional charge for the tolls (which incidentally far exceeded what they paid). Third, after the driver was late, we received a call the next day informing us that they were charging us for an additional half hour. When I tried to talk to someone at the company about these issues they handled it by screaming at me. If you have used this company recently I strongly advise you check your statement. If you haven't used this company, don't.

I would like to thank Atlas Limousine & Sedan Services for making our Wedding day absolutely perfect! We visited many other limousine companies but it's either their vehicles were not the greatest or the prices were ridiculous or they were unprofessional and some seemed like they didn't know what they were talking about. We were having no luck and we wanted our wedding day to be absolutely perfect without any glitches therefore we were not going to settle for a company that we didn't feel comfortable with.

Then my wife’s friend referred us to Atlas Limousine, she had nothing but good things to say about them and the great job they did at their wedding. I checked their website and called them to make an appointment. I must say Atlas Limousine was the most professional, right from the start we felt we were in good hands. They know weddings like no others, they helped us plan out my wedding, they even set us up with beautiful decor at the banquet hall and referred us to a company that did our invitations, and they were like a one stop shop!

Their experience and knowledge of weddings shows through their work, they kept our wedding on time, even when we were running late and the photographers were running late Atlas Limousine found ways to get our wedding back on track and we arrived at the Church, the photos and the banquet hall right on time.

Our driver name was Baig, he was great! He was very polite, professional, dressed sharp in a nice tuxedo and he treated us as well as the rest of our wedding party very well. He knew how to get around, avoided traffic and made up for lost time. He was very knowledgeable and worked great with the photographers and videographers to help us get great pictures and video and at the same time helped keep us on schedule.

They have great vehicles all newer models and you can tell they maintain their vehicles very nicely, I'm a car guy myself and I can tell when a vehicle is being babies or abused, all their vehicles were in pristine condition and very clean. We picked the brand new Lincoln Navigator SUV, it was amazing! It was very luxurious had beautiful it even had ostrich leather! We couldn't believe it!

Just like we were referred to Atlas Limousine would definitely refer anyone else who is getting married or looking to rent a limousine for any other reason Atlas Limousine thanks again for everything………. Ronda...

Great company that offers a GREAT service. They are a very professional and reliable company that has never let me down. I have known them for many years now and have used their services numerous times and haven't had a single complain about them, they have a very friendly and professional staff and their limousines are pretty nice.. Chairle and his team did an amazing job providing limo service for our wedding June 2, 2012.



His team was friendly, punctual and continually wowed us throughout the day. From creating a customized CD with our music preferences, providing props for our photo-shoot, champagne, walking out to the beach to provide us ice cold beverages, etc. the list goes on.



If you are in the market for limo service look no further you won't be disappointed. Great value and reliable service. We've looked at several limo operations before selecting First Glance and from talking with Chairle and communicating with him via email (he provides almost immediate response) you will feel at ease.

I would highly recommend Atlas limo to anyone looking for a limo. The

Hummer was fantastic! Everything worked wonderfully, it was very clean,

there was ice and water in the coolers. The driver was exceptional. We

had a change in plans due to the weather and the driver could not have

been nicer about it. He helped us come up with an alternate plan. We

went to various monuments downtown and he knew exactly where to drop us

off and told us where he would park so we could find him easily. I have

rented large limos before for parties like this and I can honestly say

that this experience was far and above the others. In summary, the limo

was fantastic, the driver was phenomenal, and the price was right! I

will absolutely call Atlas next time I need a limo!

This company was incredible deplorable on multiple levels. They showed up in a hummer limo (told them that was the thing I did not want at all because of it's image). It was supposed to seat 14 for my husband and our bridal party but it maybe sat 8, most of my party was sitting on the bar or the floor in their tuxes and suites for the 25 minute drive to the reception. There was only empty glasses, and no champagne. The driver was rude and told my mother to call when the ceremony was over because he was going to be sleeping and wouldn't be watching for when the ceremony was over at the church. He was asking my 16 year old cousin for a tip when gratuity was supposed to be included. The driver did not help me out of the limo and I got door grease on both sides of my bridal gown before we had our pictures taken. When we called to complain they came up with excuses why the gave us the car they did and claimed the driver did not ask my cousin for a tip, because the driver said he didn't. All in all I am extremely pissed and would not recommend this company to anyone, I am awaiting a call from the manager to try and get a portion of the money back for the lack of service, respect, and concern. For the love of god, choose another limo service for your event, they suck.
