Computers done right fixed my laptop with amazing work. im very happy with what they fixed. even when my laptop had a problem that wasnt their fault they made the effort to come to my house and fix it. thank you computers done right

Marshall is a great technician. He's fast, reliable and very affordable. I'll use Computers Done Right for all my computer needs.

Marshall did all he could with my external drive, I understand that it was no longer useable. On the other hand to save costs on repairing my 6 yr old pc, He simply put together a newer dell pc with a couple of better features, and he was able to take my data from my old hard drive and put it into newer pc. AWSOME!!!!!

I bought DELL LAPTOP FROM MARSHAL FOR SCHOOL AND THE NEXT DAY IT CRAPED OUT. WHEN I CALLED HIM THAT MORNING I WAS PRETT HARSH. BUT TO MY SURPRISE MARSHAL WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING THAT I NEEDED A LAPTOP AND TOOK MY COMPUTER THE SAME DAY AND GAVE ME A REPLACEMENT FOR SCHOOL WHILE HE FIXED THE ORGINAL. I EXPRESSED TO MARSHAL THAT I LIKED THIS REPLACEMENT AND HE LET ME KEEP IT. A FEW MONTHS LATER I HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES WITH THE LAPTOP, HE TOLD ME TO COME RIGHT OVER AND FIXED THEN. I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP IN SEPTEMBER, WE ARE NOW IN DECEMBER AND MARSHAL STILL ANSWERS MY CALLS TO HELP WITH ANYTHING COMPUTER RELATED...IF YOUR THINKING OF GETTING YOUR COMPUTER FIXED OR BUYING ONE CALL MARSHAL...TRUST ME LOL I GAVE HIM A HARD TIME AND HE STILL HELPED OUT..

I just bought a laptop from Marshall with windows 7 ultimate operating system in it and I am so excited about it. I have a desktop, but I have never owned a laptop. I was afraid of getting stuck with the wrong components, but Marshall took all my worry away. Thank you Marshall

This place ROCKS! My hard drive died about a week ago right before I went on vacation so when I came back I searched around for a reliable computer repair place, then came across Computers Done Right. I'm so glad I did because Marshall knows exactly what he's doing. He came right to my house to pick up my computer AND he even let me use one of his spare laptops until mine got fixed! What other place does that for you? My laptop was fixed in not even 24 hours with a brand new hard drive and Windows 7 Ultimate for a very cheap and reasonable price. I'm very pleased and happy with how it turned out and I DEFINITELY recommend Marshall to anyone needing a computer repair. He won't dissapoint you! This place is quick, professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. Five stars!

I have to admit that Marshall with Computers Done Right is the best computer technician I have come across yet and I recommend him to anyone! He is very reliable! All you have to do is call him and the rest is taken care of on his end...computer(s) get picked up, repaired in an exceptional timely manner...he communicates all that is going on while having your computer is his possession...and then your merchandise is dropped off to you with full service of explaining everything in detail and he even came into my home to make sure I understood how everything worked and that all was working as it should! This guy was very knowledgeable . the service was great and very fast. he work with me to get my pc done and back in 2 days. it was for my son who was driving me crazy. and the price was right . better i couldn't find.

i had 2 computer that were crashed i let him fix them too.

This company is top-notch for repairs and for its over-the-phone and online customer service. You can trust the information you are given and your questions are answered correctly. You can get infomation on new products, software and hardware. The recommendations for particular software and hardware are always on the money. You can't go wrong with this company!

Marshall was extremely helpful when I contacted him with a computer issue. He was very quick to respond to my initial email request, and was thorough in explaining to me what the issue was and what had caused the problem. It took him less than 24 hours to fix my computer, and when I went to pick it up he made sure to sit down with me and go through a number of tips and tools to use for future reference. Because I am a student and currently unemployed, he was also very reasonable with his prices based on what I was able to afford. Not only that, but he encouraged me to request a refund for the product that initially caused the issues, so I got that $50 back today. I would HIGHLY recommend Marshall for anyone's computer repair needs based on this experience. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and affordable!

I found Marshall to be excellent in tech knowledge and very helpful in assisting me to solve some of my problems and will continue to use his service for all problems that I have .Since I am a senior citizen he is the man to work with . In ratinghin from 1-10 with 10 being thye best I rate him at least a 12

Never mind being here in a half hour, Marshall took over my computer from his house using windows live messenger. It was real cool to watch my mouse navigate it's way across the screen without me. In less than a half hour, Marshall disconnected Norton for me and installed a free firewall and free virus protection. He also disconnected my old aol like it was a breeze. I was very impressed with Marshall and his skill at working on computers. I have recommended him to several people already and will continue to do so. He is superior at what he does. He took an aging computer that ran terrible and made it like brand new again. I was never so impressed in my life. He really knows what he is doing.

Computers Done Right is excptionally good at fixing and building computers. They know everything that there is know about computers.

I called computers done right and Marshall was here in less than one hour. He picked up my computer and brought it back the next day. I was delighted with his service and knowledge. His prices are the best I have ever found. I am now having Marshall build me a gaming computer so I can get anything I want on the new computer. He gets the best prices for anything I ever need for computers. I will never use anyone else again !!!!!!!!

All of a sudden my computer would not boot and said my NTLDR was missing. after several attempts to correct it on my own, I gave up. I called Marshall at Computers Done Right on Saturday evening at nearly 9pm. HE ANSWERED! Then was out to pick up my computer the next morning.

Marshall not only fixed the problem, but he also gave me free virus protection / firewall. He walked me through to show me that the computer was working properly.

I got my computer back on Tuesday and he had the lowest price compared to anyone I called to fix this issue.

He's honest, fast and very easy to work with.

I would recommend him to anyone needing fast and low cost computer repairs.

i think his work was great it used to be really slow and now it is faster and has no viruses.for the best price you can get around.
