For over 20 years, I have been a customer at Auto Aid. Whenever there is an auto problem or I just want a tire checked I go to Auto Aid. They are friendly and won't talk over your head like some mechanics do, especially if you are female. Any problem with my car is easily explained by Jack or his son David Bulko. Understanding the problem makes it easier to make a decision on what to do. All work is guaranteed for 12 months and you can trust them, I do!

Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I've had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the place. I felt comfortable right away. David was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and I didn't have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I didn't mind waiting though as their waiting area was equipped with a TV, coffee, kids play area (good for the moms) and most importantly a super clean restroom. Thanks to Auto Aid and Rescue ... going to a car shop will not be as unpleasant anymore..

I needed an oil change and had my 3 and 5 year old boys with me. I went to Auto Aid with a last minute appointment and they made me and my sons feel so comfortable. The job was done quickly and efficiently. My sons were playing at the kids' corner and I felt at ease knowing that all of us were being taken care of. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend Auto Aid for anyone who is looking for excellent service, competitive prices and trustworthy people. Thanks Auto Aid for being the best in LA!!!

I like that they have a rewards program. All the money you spend her gives you points which can later be redeemed for loyalty certificates. You can also get points for telling your friends about the shop.

The entrance to the shop is clearly marked and all you have to do is drive in. Everyone is really friendly. The shop is also very clean, probably one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen. The owner even asked me what made me choose their shop and personally thanked me for coming in.

I just moved to the area and I needed to find a place to take my car for an oil change. I found this place through Yelp and I'm very happy with my experience.

Brought my car here, at the suggestion of a friend. I was extremely nervous because I don't know anything about cars and didn't know if I was being overcharged (being laid off, I was weary of the cost). I had lots of questions. I met David and he was extremely patient. My car needed quite a bit of work and he explained everything that needed to be done, which parts should be fixed immediately and which parts we had a little more time with, what everything did and the breakdown of cost. AND, the best part, when I picked up my car, it had been washed! I am very appreciative of the service I received from David and the crew at AutoAid.

Jack and his team at Auto Aid in my humble opinion are the BEST Automotive Repair Shop in Los Angeles. I am always treated fairly and they complete the work in a timely manner. The team goes above and beyond to make my time away from my vehicle as painless as possible. If you don't believe me, check them out yourself and you will see.

Thanks for taking care of my Ford. I have my horses and college and I never stop driving back and forth. I never check my oil. You guys take such great care and I know it. My dad asks me “have you checked your oil?” I always say “AutoAid did.” Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!!!! You’re Great!!!!!

I've been to many repair shops in my time, but never one that was as concerned about their customers needs as Auto Aid. They are clean, courteous and stand behind their work 100%. If you're looking for quality service + repair / This is the shop for you!
