The time we spent with Dr. DeWald was very good. He is a personable Dr. who cares for his patients.

The experience was once of the best. We are both happy to have made the decision to have the procedure. Dr. DeWald had explained the procedure to us and we are very happy with our decision to have it done.

I am 6 months after my stem cell and PRP procedure on both knees and shoulders and have no pain. I used to get pain in my left ankle as well and since the knee is feeling better, the ankle has improved as well. I am walking about 3 miles a day with no pain. Dr. DeWald is wonderful. This whole experience has been so motivational to do my exercises now that I can do them without pain. Recovery was very easy. I came home after the procedure and I went to dinner that night and recovery after that was even easier. I saw a friend after they had their knees replaced in February who is not quite able to complete a mile walk yet, and I was walking the same day. I would recommend this procedure to everyone.

One year out from stem cell on both knees. No pain! This is so much better than knee replacement surgery and I do not know why other doctors don't offer the treatment. Extremely happy with Dr. DeWald and his staff.

The procedure was very easy and interesting. I was in pain for 2 days after, and the 3rd day I started walking again and it continued to improve as the days went by. I am now at 6 weeks and everything has been great. I am still doing physical therapy, and am a little sore after sometimes, as to be expected. I have had 7 surgeries in the past and never wanted surgery again. I am so pleased with my results and so impressed with Dr. DeWald that I have pursued options to have my back done as well. I am truly amazed with how the stem cell and PRP helped my knees. No knee surgery for this guy!

I had an achilles tendon injury that just would not heal with rest and restriction (rigid boot). After many frustrating months with no progress Dr. DeWald gave me a PRP injection. From that single treatment my healing and progress was dramatic and steady. I'm very satisfied with the care of Dr. DeWald and the effectiveness of the PRP treatment.

I came in using a walker and/or cane full time. Now able to walk freely without aid or pain. This procedure should be readily offered, if not promoted throughout the Tucson Orthopedic Institute community.

The entire experience was very reaffirming and everybody involved has been amazing. Dr. DeWald and his staff are absolutely amazing. The procedure was not incredibly uncomfortable and I elected to have 6 joints done in the same procedure, and it did not even take that long. The procedure was much better than a surgery and I began noticing improvement within a day or two and now at the 6 week mark I know that I have improved tremendously and continue to improve. I would recommend this procedure to anybody and am actually bringing my daughter and wife in shortly for the same procedure. My attending doctor has seen how well I am doing and has been referring people over as well. I am so pleased with my experience with Dr. DeWald and his staff.

Procedure was very easy. I was not in a lot of pain afterwards leading up to my 6 week appointment, and there is no pain in my knee today. Dr. DeWald was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. I know of many others around my community that have seen him, which is why I came to see him in the first place. Dr. DeWald is amazing! My husband and myself both had a lot of arthritic pain and in a short time have had good results. He takes his time and explains everything. We are confident in recommending him to anyone who is looking for pain relief without surgery!!

Before the therapy, there was a constant dull pain in my left knee, caused by a lifetime of walking, running track as a kid, exercises, etc. I decided to try the stem cell procedure rather than do the knee replacement operation. The procedure took about two total time, was essentially painless although a little bit annoying at the time. Now, six six months after the procedure, the knee is painless on most days, and I for the most part don't even think about the knee during every day activities such as walking, golf or bicycling.

my family phys recommended Dr. Dewald; received appointment promptly. He gave me all my options to treat bone-on-bone arthritic knee. I chose PRP and had good results. His staff is tops.
