I would say Top quality moving service is the master of this and would love to rate them 5 stars. I got relocated by them last week. They didn’t charge me any unbelievable price. They took exactly 4 days as they mentioned to move my stuffs. This was a great help that they didn’t take any extra time. Thanks to Top quality moving service for making the relocation a safe and sound one and also an affordable one.

I never thought that Alonso and his team would be able to complete my move within the given timeframe. I was in a hurry and for that I needed movers who are fast like F1 formula car and at the same time they needed to be very accurate as well. Fortunately I knew about this company before hiring them. Last year my brother used this company. From him I came to know about them. However, to me it was an impossible task for any movers because they had to deal with my super heavy furniture and the many other stuffs but time was a big concern. But they had the answers for each and every obstacle. Top quality moving service completed the task just before the allotted time and also managed to deliver me a picture perfect move.

I hardly relocate but sometimes it becomes essential. I shifted to a new house with my family. I relocated after 12 years! So, I did not know which company to use for the purpose. Then my cousin gave me their number and recommended their name to me. So, I called them and felt really good to talk with their sales rep. He submitted a moving plan based on my needs and also offered a very reasonable price. I hired top quality moving service for the move and they too provided the best possible service. Movers came on time, did follow the checklist properly and completed the move within the allotted time. I checked the inventory and surprised to see everything in one piece and without any damage. I’ll only say what I saw; well coordination. The relocation team that came from the top quality moving services were well organized. From the foreman down to the relocation servicemen, they worked in unison. There weren’t any clash of ideas at any given moment. Instead, they took orders when necessary and consulted where there were doubts. The end result was a remarkable relocation from Vermont to New York.

Igor, Carlos and Eric helped me move last weekend and made a potentially painful process enjoyable. The delivery team was also wonderful and dropped off boxes at my house a few days before.

There are many moving companies and some of those companies are really good but Top quality moving service is the best among all the movers. I used them and from my experience, I can guarantee anyone that they are more than just able to execute any kind of moves. I used them for a very tricky and huge move. It was an office move. Their movers had to deal with the every possible obstacle but they never backed out or never lost their cool. They kept their focus and dealt the situation with great efficiency. Though I had a little budget and the movers had to deal with the alien situation and they had to move a huge amount of goods but still nothing went wrong. In the end, it was a perfect move executed within the timeline and within a very reasonable cost.

The worst customer service ever! Waited till they arrived to tell us their free services really aren't free. The blankets are free to use for your furniture but only if you wrap it and tape it yourself. They raised the rate by 75%and wanted us to pay the new amount by cash on the spot, who has that type of money in their pocket, we only had the amount that Frank told us to have. Then they wanted to pay by credit card which isn't a problem but they wanted to charge me 5%for the convenience of it, really you want more money from me after raising it that much. Took me over an hour to get a hold of someone in the office and then he was no help. The movers refused to load everything staying to my elder father that he could just replace it later. They were rude and disrespectful and after speaking to the owner Leo (after a week of calling and asking for someone in charge) i know why they think they can act like this. Please use a different company, they will threaten to hold your items hostage if you complain

Like most of the people I never like to waste my hard earned money. Last year when I moved I simply wasted my money paying those movers. They made move a horrible experience for me. So, this time I was very careful while hiring the movers. I did my research and called several movers and finally booked Top quality moving service for my move. They did not let me down. They came on time, carefully wrapped everything, loaded in the van and moved at the designated place, unboxed and stored everything according to my liking. During the entire process they never felt to deliver what I was looking from them. They kept the moving time within the schedule and charged a very competitive amount. I cannot recommend Top Quality Moving Services highly enough. They came and packed our whole house up the day before, then moved us on the Sunday. They provided the best service I think we have ever received and at a very competitive price. They turned up earlier than the agreed time on both days and worked very hard. Our moving coordinator was caring, supportive and efficient and made moving house a pleasure! He listened to our all requirements. The crews were brilliant, they worked tirelessly and cheerfully. In my new house they plumbed in the washing machine, reassemble our furniture, even move the sofa and tables and other stuff around to where we wanted them. He took his job very seriously, had a well thought out plan, knew exactly how to deal with every item to be moved, nothing scratched or broken at all. I would like to thank the people that were involved with my move to Kansas from Washington D.C. The movers have arrived in the morning about 15 minutes ahead of schedule and they actually helped me finish up some packing. One of the guys was constantly taking things down to the truck from my apartment and the other guy helped me pack up my living room staff. About 3 hours later everything was properly packed in the truck. 10 days later as I requested exactly, the delivery team has arrived to my new place in Kansas. There was no damage to anything what so ever, also my electronics arrived safe! Thank you for fantastic service. Well done!

Though this is a small office but office moves are never easy but they have accomplished the tricky job without a single error!
