Top quality moving service is a very affordable yet qualitative moving company. Actually, their prices were the reason I hired them in the first place. I wasn’t expecting them to be that good. But they surprised me in every way possible. The movers showed up on time. The crew was very strong and energetic. Even three sets of stairs couldn’t slow them down. They worked tirelessly for 2 hours to pack and load everything from my 3 bedroom apartment. The delivery was made the next day with all my belongings in great condition. I am very thankful to these guys.

My wife and I are not seasoned movers. We have had terrible experiences the one time we relocated. So we made sure it wasn’t repeated. But, to my utter surprise, not one piece of my valuables was broken or damaged when they delivered everything. I was so relieved.

I wasn’t expecting much from the company as I didn’t really know much about them. But they were just unbelievable. All four men were very strong and organized. Their foreman, Igor, always kept the boys in line. The best part was that when one of them would struggle, others would come and help out. I have never seen 4 men working in so much sync. They packed and loaded all my belongings in just 3 hours. The delivery was made on time and the men assembled all my furniture for me. Yes, the company does charge highly but for the service you get, it’s totally worth it.

I have seen movers who are quite literally college boys who move stuffs on the side. Considering that, if a moving company gives you professional and experienced movers, it’s good enough. Top quality moving service was hired by me to deliver my stuffs from Cool Baugh, PA to Dover, DE. Their quote was rational and the customer service was apt enough. The movers arrived an hour later than the scheduled time. However, they did call me and apologized ahead of time. Besides, the efficiency the four men displayed while packing and loading all my stuffs, I can totally forgive them for being late. The delivery wasn’t delayed though. They delivered all my goods in excellent condition and on time. I’m quite pleased to recommend them.

Frankly, it is not worth judging how well the movers work unless they deliver your belongings safely. When they delivered everything to my new house, nothing was missing, broken or damaged. They were punctual, polite and cost effective while being at it. There is no reason why I shouldn’t hire them again.

A super job was completed by the crews at Top quality moving service. Everything doing on right time is most important for my move. I needed everything done on time and they worked out as I said. Travis did marvelous job. He is a great consultant; he went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Good core of operators at this Company. We were told delivery would take 1-2 days. It took 2 days. Same crews unloaded our stuff and finished in about 2 hours. I am pleased to work with them. I will recommend my friends or co-workers to use Top quality moving service, if they need any move through the states.

After getting quotes from 3 different companies, I chose to hire Top quality moving service because their estimate seemed the most reasonable to me. The movers were very efficient. They arrived on time and were done with the job in just 2 hours. It was great seeing such hard working men. They were quite friendly too. I was really worried how my belongings would travel. But they made sure everything arrived at the destination in great condition. I was so glad for hiring them because I don’t think other companies could have done a better job.

This company is HORRIBLE, I had a Move from Florida to Oregon which i was told would not be a problem. First they changed the pick up date from Saturday to Sunday because, The truck which was picking my stuff up was the same truck that was going to take it to Oregon Which WAS A LIE!! instead it took my things to their storage facility where it sat until they found a truck to take my things to Oregon. mY THINGS WERE PICKED UP ON JUNE28th AND DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL JULY 29TH!!!. I WAS WITHOUT FURNITURE FOR A WHOLE MONTH!!!Plus "JOHN " lied to me and said the movers and truck wihch was was going to handle my things were all going to me TOP Qualiy Mover Employees and Vehicles Another lie The movers that picked up my stuff were contractors and the first thing the did before even look at my things was hand me a bill which was well above the price i agreed upon from $4800 to $5700. and the driver that FINALLY dropped are stuff off hired day laboers to unload the truck and which point they Damaged numerous items. PLEASE DON'T RECOMMENED THIS COMAPNY TOO ANYONE THE ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS WHO WILL SAY WHATEVER THEY CAN TO GET YOUR BUSSINESS!!!!

Sometimes little information becomes very important to know because without proper and accurate information, big mess can occur. For example, in 2010 when I changed my apartment, I hired a moving company without knowing about them and paid the price. They took huge time, damaged and lost many things and did not even pay for the loss. So, last time (two weeks ago) I did my home work, talked with several friends, searched in the net and finally short listed 7 moving companies. Called all 7 companies but after talking to the sales rep of Top quality moving service, I decided to go with them for my move from Cool Baugh, PA to Washington, DC. Now I can say that I took the right decision. I got best possible service and I paid a very reasonable price for that. This is truly a very good, world class moving company.

Mobile, AL is my hometown. After living in Cool Baugh, PA for 5 years, it was time to move back home. I hired Top quality moving service to pack and transport all my belongings. To be honest, I didn’t really know much about them when I hired them. But they turned out to be just amazing. They quoted quite reasonably. The men who came over to my house to pack everything seemed very apt at their job. They were very creative and resourceful. They even worked very time efficiently. All my stuffs were packed and loaded within just 4 hours. When they delivered everything in Mobile, I found that only two of my plates were broken and everything else traveled very well. I really think these guys are amazingly professional and very good at their job.

The van and the movers were due at 8:30 am but they arrived at 9:30 am because unfortunately the tire got punctured when they were on the way. They phoned us to let us know the problem with an apology! When the crew arrived, they worked like Trojans to complete by noon so they recovered the situation brilliantly! They arrived at our new house within the allotted time and had completed unloading very quickly. When they were unpacking we found no damage or missing item. They were marvelous and when we move next time we would not use anyone but Top quality moving service. Thanks very much for the great job!
