Dr. Ciaglia, DO grew up in Chicago, IL where he studied biology and chemistry at Illinois Wesleyan University. After graduating with honors he was accepted to Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He completed medical school and then moved to Brooklyn, NY where he trained in general and trauma surgery for 5 years, preparing him for any surgical problem. Wanting to specialize, he was accepted out of 135 applicants to the single hand surgery & microsurgical fellowship at Beth Israel Albert Einstein in Manhattan, NY. He trained under world renowned hand surgeon Dr. Charles Melone. There he perfected hand surgery and gained recognition as he spoke at state and national meetings about hand surgery. Dr. Ciaglia can provide for your general and upper extremity surgical needs. Dr. Ciaglia lives locally in the Woodlands and would like to provide care for his neighbors and surrounding communities.

Super Nice Staff!

Dr. Ciaglia is the BEST. Very caring and professional.

From the start, we knew Dr. Ciaglia was different. I broke my wrist late Friday evening. His name was provided by the ER staff.

My husband left a phone message at Dr. Ciaglia's office that Saturday morning. To our surprise, Dr. Ciaglia himself returned our call and told us to come in on Monday morning.

He performed surgery on my broken wrist, and I regained almost 100% of my use of wrist. Very professional staff and great working atmosphere.
