I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! They will rip you off and the job will not be complete. I went in for a oil change and rotation special. I also told them that there was a sqeaking sound on my car and they said they would check it out. They called me back and said it was brakes, so by the time they added everything up the total was $349.00. When I picked up my car, the next day I noticed the sound was still there with additional sounds and noises where I knew for sure it was the brakes. Also when I was talking to the customer service rep I told her I may just try Just Brakes and she went into this spill (basically lieing) about how Just Brakes do not give a warenty etc. I called them after Tire Plus had started the work and Just Brakes do offer a warrenty, so basically the rep at Tire Plus lied to get my business. I called and took my car back and the manager "Ron" was very rude about the situation, but they took my car and said they would look at the brakes again. That was a week ago brakes are STILL squeaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was taking my kids to school this morning, my car was hesitating as if it were not going to stop. I CALLED AGAIN, VERY FRUSTRATED! Basically Ron told me "that is what happens when you use cheap parts on your car". I was livid! On top of that he did not want to give me information for there Head Quarters and basically continued to give me the information at the Suwanee location. If you want to avoid a nightmare I would never suggest using them for any services!
