After checking at 5 stores/warehouses, Coastal Flooring had the best pricing by far. I called other stores with questions and more that half the time there was no answer and had to leave a message, only to never get a returned phone call. When I called Coastal Flooring my calls were always answered and my questions were always answered by Ralph. Ralph understands what a big purchase this was for us and was honest with the products he carried. If the product was good he told us, if not so good he told us and if it was something we didn't need he told us. It was so easy to work with Ralph we were very happy with him. Before you purchase your flooring at least call Coastal flooring or go see them. we ordered our flooring and it was ready for pickup the next day.

Coastal Wood flooring is OUTSTANDING, not only is the staff courteous and professional, but extremely helpful. At Coastal Wood they went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for (I am not the easiest customer to deal with), and most importantly their prices where better than anywhere I had gone. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Coastal Wood Flooring. Being such a major decision (putting new flooring in the house), I had to look into several companies before buying anything and found that their prices were the lowest. Since this was the first time we had to do any major home renovation, the staff really helped me understand all of the important nuances in deciding on the right flooring. I actually learned enough to be able to help out friends a little bit when they have the same decisions to make! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and were NOT PUSHY unlike nearby places that I could have gone with. The bottom line for me was that I'm a very satisfied customer because I got a terrific value for the beautiful flooring.

I was told about this place from a friend, and I was so happy that I made the drive from Westlake Village. The amount of money I saved on my floors and the quality of service that I got was well worth the drive.
