I live with my aunt who was recently diagnosed with a movement disorder causing her difficulty to move around the house. Due to her physical limitations, a safe environment particularly at the bathroom area is a must. Mock Plumbing remodeled our bathroom installing a handicap tub and other fixtures. Chris and his team deserve the highest rating for a job well done! Impressive and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend these professional, honest and timely mannered Mock Plumbing guys and will use them again for future renovations!

I found out about this company through a close friend so I called Mock Plumbing, spoke to Chris and gave him a quick description of the problem with my water line. He assured me that they can fix it and I immediately felt he was honest about it. He came out the same day, quickly diagnosed and repaired the damaged pipe and all throughout the job he was very professional, friendly and absolutely knows his stuff. His rates were very reasonable too. I would recommend Mock Plumbing to anyone looking for a local plumbing company in the Baton Rouge area!

I live in an old house built in 1930’s so a lot of the plumbing is cast iron including the drain pipe. I noticed a leak in the drain which is a steady drip. So it became obvious that I really needed to call a local plumber. I called many plumbers and the first good thing I noticed about Mock Plumbing is that someone answered my phone call. I left messages with the other plumbers but never heard back from them. Mock Plumbing gave me a reasonable price quote for the job and got to work right away. The plumbers replaced the leaking pipe and all throughout the job they were courteous and friendly. I will definitely call Mock Plumbing again for any other plumbing problems we have in the future!

I'm truly amazed with this plumbing company. I've gone through 4 plumbers over the past two years but I did not experience the same kind of service that I've received from Mock Plumbing. These reasonably priced, very skilled plumbers repaired a leaking water line in our backyard and they did a great job! Highly Recommendable!

After having multiple disasters with previous plumbers, I decided that I was going to research before hiring my next plumber. From the initial conversation I had with the owner Chris, we were able to discuss multiple options and pricing. We set up an appointment, they showed up on time with all parts and equipment needed, they took time to explain to me what was what and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was happy with the plan of action and they made sure I was aware of what to expect. I haven't had this type of hospitality with a service job in a long time! I am extremely happy with the job that they did for me and I will be calling them for any of my futurebplumbing needs!

I hired Mock Plumbing after reading all their 5 star review on google. I must say that it has been years since I have recieved 5 star service. When I called I was able to speak with the owner. He listened to me and explained my options and pricing. These guys were prompt, gave me a permanent solution, and warrantied their work for 2 years. I will be recommending these guys to friends and family.

I called Mock Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon, right after I my weed eater chewed through the copper water line on the side of my house. They were at my house within the hour. He repaired the line and even installed a metal shield to prevent this from happening again. For a weekend call-out the price was not that bad either. I've definitely found my go-to plumber. Great services from a master plumber. I picked Mock Plumbing from the BBB website and the service provided was greater than expected. Chris Mock was quick to respond to my service needs by phone and in-house service. He arrived and finished as he said. He and his assistant were very professional in their craft and explained thoroughly about the repair plan. The service call was completed in a timely manner and with ONE visit. Not only were they punctual, but they cleaned up after themselves! They were courteous and friendly too! I would recommend Mock Plumbing Repairs to any residential customer.

I called Mock Plumbing yesterday at approximately 10:45 about low pressure in my master bathroom. By 3:00 Chris Mock had already made it to my house and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Additionally, he and his employee Troy were very friendly and informative about what the problem was and how they had fixed it. It is refreshing to have an honest and friendly plumber around.
