O K. Good in emergency because they want to make $. Convinced me to do extra job. Wasn't done correctly and after numerous calls to fix their error with ZERO RETURNED CALLS, I modified area to work with shotty job I was left with . Also, they are very good at selling when there's NO PROBLEM. Was told I needed a full line replacement in February, lol, all still working fine. Be careful. Zero customer service after they're done with your wallet.

Affordable septic is what they are affordable. They save us thousand of dollars. They explain and break down everything what they doing so you can understand what is going on. We would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

Our tank was completely full and needed it pumped out before the weekend. Other companies were quoting low rates for a 1,000 gallon tank but once they came on site the rate would be triple (or more) from what was quoted on the phone. One of the other companies wanted to rip up the yard and replace the system. I called Affordable Septic Service on 28 APR 15 and they gave me a flat rate unlike the other companies. The next day Chris and Wes pointed out what else could be causing our problems with our system and point out why our system may not need a total replacement. These guys were very professional and got the job done in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Affordable Septic Service and I have already passed out several of the business cards Chris gave me to the neighbors when they asked about the service we received.

Chris and Tanner were professional, punctual and really knowledgeable about our septic system. They are reasonably priced and went above and beyond in helping us. We will definitely be using them again for all our septic and plumbing needs!

We had an emergency, and had to have the septic tank pumped immediately. James and Allan came out first thing, and took care of the problem. They answered our questions, and were very helpful. Excellent service.

Beware. They try to sell you a whole new drain field just by opening the tank...without any further diagnosis. Then scare you and proceed to state the work needs to be done ASAP or it will back up into your house. Get a second opinion.

Chris and Alan were amazing. Came over late afternoon for a "routine" septic tank pumping that ended up not being the only problem. These guys stayed late and found the issue within the piping in my house, and got us up and running. They insisted on not leaving us without a usable septic system overnight, and were extremely professional during the entire process. Took time to explain what they were doing at every step, and answered all my questions. My septic system had been neglected for 10 years by the previous owner, and Chris and Alan got me up to date so that it can easily be maintained from here on out. They have earned all my future business!

Although I had some issues with communications, in the end Affordable Septic provided excellent service. The guys, Allen and Chris were very informative and professional. Would recommend them.

We had to have our septic tank pumped just now. Chris and John, and then James and Randall came in a timely manner, and gave us the best service we could have possibly asked for. Not only were they professional and super nice, they had a GREAT sense of humor. They kept us informed about what was being done, answered our questions with profound knowledge, and gave us tips to keep our system working longer! Had to have the septic pumped this morning. The service was professional and extremly courteous. They constantly made sure I was aware of what was being done!

Our septic tank backed up and my husband called Affordable Septic and Chris and Matt came out and were very efficient and friendly. They got here when they said they would and gave us great advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future. My husband and I would highly recommend these guys and this company.

James provided fast, dependable service to install new 85 gallon hot water heater and diagnose dishwasher issue. We like that he is a local vendor and will definitely call again with any future plumbing needs.
