our experience was miserable. They also have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent place to purchase a hot tub that has been rebuilt we were looking at new ones and glad we found these people it save us thousands of dollars we couldnt be happier with their service and the spa that we purchased

just look them up at the better business bureau to get an idea of how they treat their customers

The local Chamber Of Commerce told me this business was gone - but I see them again on Craigs List. Be warned, be aware! Cheated us on our order - a new hot tub - not as we ordered - has dragged on for months, now they don't answer my calls. I suspect they are way out of their depth - so cheating is the only thing that works. That is all I can figure.

Notice that the only positive reviews were all posted within 48hrs of each other. That's because someone was posting links to these bad reviews on craigslist on those days (where the owner saw them), and poof, the only 3 positive reviews appear. I seriously doubt they are legit.

Don't walk away- RUN!And re-evaluate your spidey-senses if you ever trusted this guy!

Bought a spa and only got half of what was purchased. Never received the new cover as promised. No ozonator. He won't return my phone calls. Just look at his show room. There is water on floor indicating most his spas leak. BEWARE!

Great place for parts and service i bought a new spa pack from them installed for $450 everyone else in town was $800 or more and their work was excellent highly reccomend them

Bert double charged my credit card with two different prices and lied about it when I called him on it. Called me names and was extremely rude. He's LUCKILY I dont live in the same town!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE PERIOD!!!!!!! BERT Suggestion better watch what you say over the phone and who you say it too!!!!!!!!

Bert double charged my credit card and when confronted abt it he became a total A##. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS or you will get messed over. Some one needs to teach Bert a lesson in Manners and Professionalism. If you used this business in the past with a credit card I suggest you check your bill for double charges. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I have tried to get this business to repair my spa for 2 weeks, they do not return you calls, do not show up when promised. then will blatenly lie, they are rude, do not order parts when they say they will. I finely had to go to another company to get my spa fixed. My son and my daughter were going to purchase spa from them but after the way I was treated they went elsewhere. should not be in business

Bert but my tub back together incorrectly and caused MORE damage to my tub than what he was called out for to begin with. I had to call another local hot tub repair company to come out and fix it to the tune of $500!!! Affordable, yeah right. By the way, make sure to check the Better Business Bureau before hiring ANYONE!! He has a horrible score and many complaints/disputes! Unfortunately I'm required to rate this guy......and they won't allow me to post w/o adding at least 1 star. I want my star back!

Bert did not hold up his end of the bargain. Affordable spas warranty is worthless. I would not by a stick of gum from this jerk!
