I moved to Springfield about a year ago and I was so pleased once I found Nu Essence. I have been to a couple other spas in Springfield, but I have enjoyed the staff and spa services at Nu Essence the most! I have had manicures and facials and look forward to trying the many other services Nu Essence offers!

This place is incredible! I have been going here for the past 5 years and service has always been perfect! Their new location is amazing, nothing like it in Springfield. If you are looking for the best spa in Springfield this is it! They always have good monthly specials so make sure to get on their email list!

Today was the second time they have messed up my appointment scheduling. Very unprofessional to happen once, twice is ridiculous. There are too many massage places in town to waste your time dealing with their lack of organization. Someone needs to train their appointment scheduler on how to use a calendar.
