Just wanted to thank GL Moore for all of the hard work they all have always done to make sure that I am helped, and that my car leaves in a new and improved state of awesome! I cannot being to express how truly grateful I am that I am able to take my vehicle to such a professional and knowledgeable staff, who can be completely trusted to take care of your vehicle as if it was one of their own automobiles. I appreciate that so much and just wanted to say thanks again for giving me that piece of mind and enormous sense of relief.

Things I look for in anyone who does anything to my car: organized shop, friendly staff, CLEAR explanation of any and all work that is done, honesty, and reliability. GL Moore Tire Pros has all of this and more. Feel like family when I’m there, and I don’t feel taken advantaged of when I leave. I suggest you go here for your car’s sake and your own sake.

A great shop in Springfield. They never sell you what you don’t need and their friendliness can’t be matched. They even have a shuttle service for you to get places if your car will be there for the day. Always appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Very nice people and service. Had a screw in my tire. Called them up, as they were just down the street. They fixed my tire in record time. How awesome . Will be going back for all of my auto needs. Thank you all.

This place is all about kind honesty. Took the car in because of a flat and he didn't even charge to take the tire out and look for the hole/tear and plugged it up for free. We ordered a tire and went back the next day to get it changed. I respect GL Moore and I respect their business. Definitely will be back.

Every time I come here, I leave a happy customer. That is not my usual reaction to having work done on my vehicle. I've purchased several sets of tires here and I'm always pleased with the end result. I usually call ahead for an appointment, just because it speeds things up. I'm rarely there more than 45 minutes, though if you don't, you can still usually get in quickly. It's also helpful to have a place nearby that will patch up your tires quickly. Reliable service. That’s why I go back.

This place has a very homey and down to earth feel. I absolutely love that they remember me by name every time I come in. The facilities are always spotless and I enjoy catching up with the owner while I’m filling out the paperwork for whatever work I’m having done on my vehicle. I swear they always leave it cleaner than when I bring it in. They treat your car like it is one of their own and they treat their customers just like family. Can’t beat the donuts either.

Being a small business owner, I love that this is a FAMILY business, and the Moores go out of their way to treat their customers like family as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this establishment to a friend, and in fact have done so many times. And did I mention that they have a SUPER clean lobby, and donuts?

I have taken both of my vehicles to G.L. Moore Tire several times, for various services, and have always been well-pleased. In my opinion, with ANY mechanic or tire shop, etc. the BEST service they can provide is a thorough and clear explanation of any and all work being done, and the owner and his staff are the best that I have ever found at that.

GL Moore is the best! They treat you like family with their honest, dependable service. I trust them with all my car repair needs and have been doing so for several years now. I urge you to see the difference for yourself, I continue recommending GL Moore to family and friends so please take my advice and stop looking elsewhere!

This is by far the best shop in town! I am extremely impressed with GL Moore Tire Service; their service is impeccable, thorough, and honest. They never sell you anything you do not need and the quality of work is second to none. I could go on and on. This place it really is the best...and I didn't receive special treatment either. Just sayin!

I once had an oil light that kept coming on despite having enough oil showing on the dipstick, I was convinced I needed a new oil pump and left my car there expecting that to be done. Instead the vehicle only had a short in the "Oil" light on the dashboard and they were honest enough to tell me that was all it was.

The one time I had a problem after I'd had a car worked on there it was remedied promptly at no extra charge. When you ask them a question they know the answer. The office staff was great and followed up with me a few days later.

I have never looked forward to seeing a mechanic until I started going to GL Moore. The guys up front always make a point to learn everyone's name and treat them as individuals instead of another driver with a broken car. It's so nice to call the shop and be remembered and recognized by name.

I've been there several times and have always been pleased. Their shop is clean and orderly, and the people working there are well dressed, clean cut professionals. They have made several repairs on my car and done them well. Many thanks!

I have tried other run of the mill shops like Midas & Jiffy Lube before finding a lifetime home at GL Moore. I literally cannot think of one aspect of the shop I do not like. It feels so good to spend my money at a locally owned shop, I can't imagine taking it anywhere else!
