The technician provided excellent service in a timely manner. He was efficient and explained clearly the problem and made the necessary repairs. Thanks for always coming to our rescue!!!

Even though we have a home warranty on our home, when we have A/C or heat problems we don't call the home warranty service we call Berkeys. They always perform a through inspection of the problem and fix it accordingly versus home warranty typically does a cheap and quick fix versus a complete fix of the problem. We took advantage of a program where they come out to check the A/C or heat systems before each season. Plus the plumbing as well. We actually had them install a new system versus home warranty. Home warranty would have cost us less money but the service would have been inferior.

I've been a BAM customer for many years. As such, I've always had good and competent technicians for plumbing and HVAC whose work has been performed in a professional manner . With perhaps two exceptions to the rule I've had to have a technician return for something and in these two circumstances the minor adjustments needed were performed to my satisfaction without any question nor additional charges incurred. They stand behind their technicians and their work, in return. I remain a loyal customer !!

Ricardo was great! You guys do a great job. I'll get the recommended service Ricardo laid out for me in June.The technician identified the problem quickly and resolved it right away. Our AC is working great now and we are grateful that we were not up-sold on unnecessary services. We will be sure to use Berkeys moving forward.
