Honest-1 Daytona Beach is wonderful. They are very honest. They are great people. They call you to discuss what needs to be done before doing any work.

They had to order the part. If UPS wasn't so slow I would have had my vehicle by 11AM the next day. As it was UPS didn't deliver the part til 3PM. They came and picked me up. The car is running just fine. Everyone was curtious and helpful.

I have used them for an oil change. They had a special going on at the time I used them. The work turned out fine.

The car was overheating and the air conditioner was blowing bearly cool to warm air. I took it to them and they looked at it immediately. The cooling fans weren't working. Unfortunately on the Nissan Quest, the fans are built into a single unit and the entire unit had to be replaced. The radiator had to be taken out to replace it.

Only good things to say - and I have sinced taken my wife's car there for service. They will now be maintianing my cars.

I was surprised at how well this repair job worked. The work was good, the part was not a ford part but works well, they took a little more time than expected, but it is not a problem. All in all I would use Mickey's again if needed.

I called on a Friday around noon to Honest-1. They told me they could order the parts and have them ready by the time I got there AND THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID. When I arrive around 12:45, they were load with cars but I was in and out in less than an hour. I was surprised at the fast repair time. The person who checked me in for service was courteous and professional. Now I live in Palm Coast. To take my Honda to a dealership would've been a farther drive and I would've needed an appointment. And it would've taken much, much longer. My first time experience with Honest-1has impressed me enough to return to them in the future.

Called for an appointment at 11am. Specified I needed to have the work completed before 4pm. No problem. Took the car at 2:30pm, waited while the work was done, and was on my way about 3:30pm. Customer service was excellent and efficient. Waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. Overall, very nice experience.

New shocks and struts were installed in my 94 T-Bird on time, priced as promised, and job was well-done.

#1 in customer service and automotive knowledge. They make sure the car is right and the customer is happy. They truly go the extra mile.

I went to Honest-1 to use a Groupon and have a power steering part replaced. They found the best price on the part, called me to let me know the cost, and even applied a coupon for the part since it was separate from the oil change. I had a good experienc

They are very fast and accurate. The only place in town that will touch my 3 cars when they need service.

The guys there are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and don't appear greedy--i.e. pushing you and talking to replace things you don't need. They take time and talk to you about your car.

This place is absolutely great, I had the best service yet here, the people are so nice! I'm not car's fan so I really didn't know much about what was going on with it, but they made sure I understood what was the problem and how they would fix it and everything. I recommend this to anyone that doesn't like to feel like you're being ripped off and taken advatage of.
