Great place! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bought a brand new trailer last year and they added a few custom things at no additional cost. No hidden fees and definitely BEST prices in illinois. Buying a 2nd trailer there very soon.

I love and support family run businesses, and this is really a great one. I lost the hub covers for my trailer and I didn't know really where to turn. Tried getting some from Farm and Fleet but of course they didn't fit properly and I couldn't get the other ones to stay on. So I took the trailer out to R and P. I was greeted outside by Paul who saw me pull in and he already knew why I was there just by looking at it. He said of course they had what I needed and he had one of his guys go grab the parts and we just decided to do both sides of the double axel trailer so it doesn't happen on the other side too. Paul and his wife also told me how to maintain them and how they work. They were very nice and helpful. Bam, I was in and out in 6 minutes flat and back on the road. A+ for these guys. I'll be back if I ever need anything else for the trailer.

TOP NOTCH !!! I have never had a problem with dealing with them. Fair and Honest !! They even have helped our company when we had a bad axle on a trailer and put us back on the road right away !! 5 trailers from them and soon to be 6 !!

I got a quote for new brakes and drums on my 30' travel trailer. Over 600 bucks... the people here took the time to explain to me everything I would need and guided me through every question I had. I purchased the brake assemblies for the double axle and the bearing seals from them for less than $150. It was shipped lightning fast and installed like they said. No problem. I will always buy from them and have recommended them not only for the quality parts but most importantly the customer service. That is rare these days. Thanks again for everything.

I just recently purchased a 16 foot dump trailer from them. I shopped around and I definitely got the best deal for it here. Definitely will be purchasing another trailer here.
