I felt I was listened to carefully and intently. All explanations were given with a good amount of detail, so I didn't feel I had any questions. I felt very relaxed and welcomed in this professional environment.

Dr. Purcell did a thorough physical exam, I did the virtual visit but explained very clearly what to do and to explain what I felt. He helped reassure me that I would be 100% within a matter of time and his secretaries have been great with following up with follow up appointment times.

Dr. Purcell was able to effectively communicate with me and inform me of my injuries and how to be treated and he was very intentional with how he spoke and genuinely expressed interest in our conversation.

Dr. Purcell not only took the time to hear what my concerns were, he also took the time to explain what was potentially wrong with me as well as what was needed to help correct the situation. He also made sure to let me know that if any of the options were not working, to not wait, but to call him or his office immediately so a new course of direction could be taken. Dr. Purcell was personable and relatable throughout the entire examination.

Have three different symptoms that involve the elbow, left index finger and right thumb. Dr. Purcell took his time to hear about all the symptoms and provided a thorough analysis and diagnoses of the cause along with clear next steps.
