Used Roto-Rooter Savannah and was very pleased! Most professional company I've ever had come to my home!. I guess I thought I would save money by using another company. Boy was I wrong. I not only paid too much for another company to come out and make a mess of the whole thing ( you could tell they weren't very experienced! )

I then had to call Roto-Rooter ( should have called them in the first place ) and amazingly they had zero problems with fixing my drainage! They really do have the experience to save you money. I was almost talked into replacing my entire drainage line by the other company!. Roto-Rooter wanted to solve my problem rather than look for a way to make money off of me! Very good company! I got a good deal with Roto-Rooter Savannah. Our sewer line was clogged and everything in the house was backed up. In less than an hour from the time we called, they sent Troy and Jimmy to our home. They ran their cable to unclog our sewer and I must say that they were the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. Troy found the sewer was broken and used their camera to diagnose the problem. They didn't charge for the camera service and gave me a ridiculously low price to fix the broken pipe. I knew they weren't trying to rip me off because I could see the broken pipe myself. I had to recommend them after such a good experience. They were: clear on the phone,had a quick response time with very good pricing and very professional people. I spent a total of $335.00! My boss had a similar problem and he paid over $900.00 with another company.

My wife called them( Roto-Rooter) while I was out of town. They came out at 10pm and unclogged the sewer line. They treated my home and family with respect and did an excellent job. They didn't charge any extra for after hours and stayed and helped cleaned up the house! I was so impressed I decided to recommend them on a comment site like this. I think my wife said the service guy's name was Troy. Thanks, Troy and thanks to Roto-Rooter. I encourage your company to keep it up.

I read the review above and know it can't be true. Roto-Rooter wouldn't behave like that. They have given good service to my place for years and are professionals. I recommend them to everybody and have never received a bad word about the experiences these people have had. They have all been pleased. I recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing very highly. Jimmy and Jack have figured out any problem we have ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable!

This was a good experience. They were very professional, solved the problem and the charges were lower than the other companies we have used before this. We will use Roto-Rooter from now on!

Called them because I had a leak in a wall in my bathroom. Knew where the leak was and told the guy who showed up. So after ripping up a hole in my living room wall and ripping up most of the drywall in my washroom he came to the conclusion I had water backing up in the house so he told me to call a specialist that would have cost me a few thousand dollars. That night I woke up and heard the shower going at about 4 am so got up to check and the leak had gone full blown spraying inside my wall so I had to run outside fast and shut off the water main in the dark. Called them up and told them again where the leak was and they sent out the same guy who screwed up everything in the first place. He finally listened to me and destroyed my bathroom mirror and ripped the only hole he needed to make in the wall where I told him and finally fixed the problem. I will never use them again.
