I get very good regular service, and they come out if I'm experiencing any problems between service calls, which is rare. Nick D came by yesterday to perform my regular service, and he was very professional and courteous.

Chris was great, as are the other techs that have come and helped. They have helped a ton with spiders1

Mark came out because we had a rat problem, promptly added more bait boxes and also sprayed for spiders, snails, etc.. We've been using Joshua for 2+ yrs. now and couldn't be more pleased with their service and professional attitude. I would recommend Joshua's to everyone, they're not your typical drive-by pest control co., they explain what they're doing and very thorough. Ask for Mark, he's great!!!!!!

Chris L. is my tech that comes out here. He really took care of the backyard like it should have been done the whole last year. He came into the backyard and sprayed all over. The eucalyptus tree back there is the reason for a lot of the spiders here. Chris L. definitely went above and beyond, very pleasant person and very professional.

Wow, what service! I have always been able to count on Joshua's with any bug problem. I give them a call and they have a service tech out within hours to take care of my problem. Mark V. came by today found a rat problem I didn't even know I had and took care of the situation. You couldn't ask for better customer service! I am totally pleased with their outstanding service.

I love this company. Their techs are very professional. For example, Nate came today and was so polite and well-groomed. He not only went over all the duties the company was going to perform that day but also brief me after completion. When he entered the home, he put on his shoe protectors... now I am hoping my boys will follow by example. This pest control company is awesome!

I would like commend Jushua's Pest Control for their outstanding work. Joshua's has an employee, Mark V, who is a very professional and exceptional in the performance of his duties when visiting our house. We always ask for him when we call for service as we know that he is the best. He is a very articulate young man and always provides us with the best service possible. His cheerful dedication to his tasks is incredible and key to our satisfaction with Joshua's Pest Control. A company that has excellent and dedicated employees such as Mark, will always be rated high as they constantly exceed their job responsibilities and satisfy their customers such as us. We have had contracts with serverl other Pest Cotnrol companies and until making our connection with Joshua's and Mark, have not been satisfied. Joshua's selection of employees that substantially exceed their responsibilities with an engaging attitude and capacity for results make this company a model for 5 stars.

If all companies were run like Joshua's we wouldn't have to write reviews. All of the employees are courteous, friendly and helpful and the service is first rate. The technician that came today , Mark V. was all of the above and more. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

We have been having an agravating experience with snails in our back yard. Joshua's Pest Control has helped me and my family have some peace of mind with this problem. Technician Thomas came out to our property and was very professional and corteous. He explained the situation very well, explained what he would do to solve the problem and asked me if he could take care of any other problems I had notice. It is always nice when you have someone with great customer service and postitive attitude. I was really satisfied with the service.

Today Mark V. came in response to my call about some new rodent activity. He was polite, personable, and professional, and he gave me a thorough explanation of the treatment he would be using. Joshua's Pest Control is awesome...Mark just came over and took care of my gophers and snails...their warranty is the best! And anytime I call them, they are very courteous and responsive!

I am very happy with the service Rick D did for us. He was very nice to answer my questions regarding my ant problem. He was professional & efficient. Although I called back for the ant problem, he made sure to deweb, fill all 3 (I thought I only had 2) bait boxes and spray for spiders outside. With service like Rick D, I would definitely recommend Joshua's Pest Control!!!
