I had a main water line that developed leaks and eventually started a steady stream under my house, a bit stressful since it happened during the recent rains. Carlos and the flood restoration crew did a superb job of cleaning up and abating the moisture, doing so with great professionalism, timeliness and made a gargantuan worry literally dry up and go away.

I had some issues regarding communication of the "problem" of my clog to myself and my landlord, but I followed up with Julie and she was very professional. She listened to my concerns and followed up quickly with the problems that I had. Thank you, Julie.

Yesterday, Gustavo came to my father's house to check several small problems for me (as I'm taking care of my father's home) to see what could be done with 50+-year-old plumbing. Gustavo was very helpful, professional, and gave me enough information to prioritize our problems and move forward. He solved the problems we could with good humor and a winning attitude. I was so impressed by him that when I went home yesterday afternoon, I called the office to ask if he could come today to my house to solve my own plumbing problem. Ashley happily set an appointment and Gustavo was here today, clearing my kitchen sink trap that I very completely clogged. Again, he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He's a great representative for your company. We have been using Bill Howe for about three years and we have never been displeased with either your employees or the work they have performed.

I had a new Toto toilet installed. No complaints at all. Will definitely recommend them & use them in the future

Overall we had a new central heating unit installed and the job was very well done from start to finish . The workmanship of the installers was very professional. They were helpful as to showing us how to use the new unit and they cleaned up very good after done.

Marcos dropped what he was doing to come to my home to fix my headboard to my bed after having flood renovation done and having all of my furniture moved out. Marcos was prompt and delivered exceptional service.

I use Bill Howe for all of my plumbing issues. Marcus, my technician, arrived early and was able to unclog my mainline drain in less than 1/2 hour. He left the premises clean and my gate secure. I appreciate his professionalism.

Before leaving, Marcus had the front office provide to me a list of services I was unaware Bill Howe is involved in like kitchen remodeling and mold remediation.

I recently purchased an Amana gas furnace for my home and they did an excellent job getting me a great price and a professional install. I have to admit they exceeded all my expectations. I had two other plumbers come out before Marcus from Bill Howe Plumbing. They weren't able to find or fix the problem. Marcus found the problem immediately and gave us a great estimate on the work that we needed done. I will definitely be coming back for any future plumbing issues.

Your service was great except when qouteing the price and breaking down the labor's, parts,and time the technician couldn't explain it in his own words.

Ron was wonderful! He managed to get the job done in record time so that my HOA didn't give me grief about having the water turned off beyond the agreed timeframe. This is the second time I've used Bill Howe and I haven't been disappointed yet!

Everyone was very informative and considerate they made sure that I understood exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. I watched the complete process on camera and all my questions were answered. They showed me the areas of my concerns and then the completed corrections. I am very impressed and now have a complete video of before and after and I don't have to just take the word of someone of what needed to be corrected and that the correction has been completed. I can see it for myself. Mel and Tinn were very nice and very organized and did a wonderful job. Thanks to all of you for finally giving me peace of mind that my drains will work without having to call with sewer problems.

He provided excellent customer service, giving careful consideration to my thoughts and providing options on how to best move forward in addressing the problem. Once the plan was in place, I felt that he executed it in an efficient, safe and quality manner, and that I received optimal value for his time on site.
