i was stoned that day and i decide to buy a car i went there and with no credit they sold me a car and dont even had a driver licence!! when i got home mama ask me "jamal who's car is that" and i told her and i put some 22's in that b***h still driven..... after one year .... worth it highly recommended.......

This place sells lemons promise .... they lie and cheat and give you the run around ... They promised to fix some problems I had never did and then I asked to verify the repairs and they kept my car and down payment ... Crooks ...stay away my sales person even quit because they are criminals

don't buy from them all these reviews are accurate. I'm going thru the same crap right now, their mechanic must be on crack cause he aint fixing anything he says he does! i just got my care in april and have only driven it for like 2 weeks total cause they say they are going to fix it and they dont, they keep it for like to weeks and give back the car with the problems not fixed!!!! I've had a very similar problem with Luna. These are the MOST DISHONEST people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Send me an email at whelenaway at sbcglobal dot com and we can compare notes. I'm interested in hearing how you are handling this.

I called them to ask for a price on a vehicle they had online.. instead of telling me they asked for my info, i said no thanks i just want a price, i was told "f--- off" and hung up on

Rip-off artists. I've read the other reviews and the same thing happened to my son. Six days after purchasing a vehicle from Luna the transmission failed.

I bougth a car and gave 1500 downpayment on the 3rd day it starter to have problems, i took it to a mechanic and he said it was the transmmision and it needed the a/c compressor...i took it to luna car center and they told me i have to pay for the repair, ok thats what the contract said but that doesn't give them the rigth to sell trash!!...now the car is at a garage broken because it needs a motor they haven't call me to ask for payments i wonder why? i send them a letter saying that i have a lawyer and that i want my money back, they haven't call, not even to ask why i haven't make a payment!!!

Never Ever buy a car from these people. They sold me a car that had problems, kept it for "repairs" and then handed it back with a few important parts missing. The tires we saw on the vehicle were relatively new on first inspection, when we picked up the car, we did not look too closely -- when we looked at home later, two of the four tires had been switched out. They had promised a "detail" on the inside of the car, but since the original salesperson was no longer interested in us, we'd been handed off to some cretin who played ignorant about the original agreement.

it was great cars great prices and they work with you no matter how bad your credit is and all the people there are friendly long story short they really worked a miracle for me.

I financed a Chevy Van from Luna Car Center with an initial down payment of $1000.00 and 2 pickup payments of $500.00. We made the first pickup payment of $500.00. Shortly after this we received a letter in the mail from a company called Car Financial who stated that our loan was sold to them by Luna Car Center and we no longer make any payments to Luna. First I called Car Financial and asked who we make our payments to and when the next payment was due. They stated that we no longer pay Luna and our payment was $350.00 to be payed on the first of the following month. I tried calling Luna numerous times that same day with no answer. Originally the following $500.00 pickup payment was to be due on the 8th of April 2011. Kathrine from Luna Car Center Called me when the payment was already 13 days past due and said we had to pay them or bring the vehicle back to them. I told them that we would not be able to make the payment until the 30th. Now we have spent $1500.00 on a vehicle that is not with us. We were not informed by Luna that if the loan was transferred to Car Financial we would still be paying them for the last pickup payment. Kathrine who is the finance supervisor was very rude over the phone, decided to call me 13 days after the payment was due and tell me to either pay or return the van. If this was not done, than we would incur an additional repo fee of $350.00. We returned the car immediately. Now we are out of a vehicle. I have spoken with Kathrine numerous times since we returned the vehicle stating that we will have the cash on the 30th of April. She said that they will hang on to the vehicle until then. This vehicle is being used for work purposes. I am not able to do my job without it. If she would have called us when the payment was 1 or 2 days past due, we would not be in this situation. Buyers beware!!
