Coxco Transmissions is great! The staff is so nice and helpful. And I like the fact that don't try to rip us off. Pretty honest people, which seems to be hard to find now a days. I really appreciate it and all the hard work they have done for my three cars.

I enjoyed my past experiences with Coxco. Everyone here is friendly and informative. They always tell me what they think will soon need to be replaced but have never been pushy about making me do anything I didn't want to do. They have great pricing for the wonderful services that you receive. I don't take my car anywhere else but here.

I would like to thank Jeremiah and the guys at Coxco Transmissions for an outstanding job on my two cars. My family also brings all their cars here and we are all most than satisfied every time. They said they would take care of us and they did. Job well done guys!

I had a great experience with Coxco! I was hesitant to take my car anywhere because I was afraid of getting ripped off, however, after they took a look at my car and told me it wasn't my transmission afterall but a switch of some sort, I was relieved! Theycould have easily lied to me and handed me a bill for $$$$. Thanks Donny for your help. I highly recommend Coxco!

This is the worst place ever.. you will get screwed and they have plenty of parked-cars next to their bussines to show for it, I wonder how many people got screwed and could'nt afford to get their car back. I was told all they had to do was replace one part..now they want me to pay 1,600 to fix one single part that cost $80. Now nothing was done to the car but Im told I still have to pay for the labor that went into telling me what was wrong with the car..which is $400.. I really dont know if they actually did anything to the car at all, I have no paper work or recient or anything. I only paid $500 for that car now they want me to buy my car back from them. I hope people read this because I highly doubt the other reviews on here are true.

I honestly dont know how your still in business and all the people rating you bad is the truth. All Yall do is screw people over and over again, why try and say its another business competitor or whatever, please i hope yall fall apart and one day get what yall deserve.!!

Say what you want but your company should and hopefully will parish. I do not recommend this place at all. I took my vehicle there at least twice and the problem was not corrected properly and my " warranty " that they offer was voided. Robbie was a total D-bag and straight rude, would change his personality right in front of your eyes. He also gets a pair on the phone bull then pretends he is your friend in person. I have reported to BBB and have notified the news. I would like to see this place go out of business and would be passing out fliers and word of mouth of this place. If anyone needs any work dont go and if they had actually fixed my problem this would have never happened. Check other reviews of this place and they all say the same thing. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE EVER. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

It is great that this form of expression is available to customers due to the horrible experience we have encountered in San Antonio. After having problems with our vehicle during the holidays, our car needed to be looked at due to some transmission problems. We saw a blue and white SIGN posted with Coxco transmission Repair with free estimate and free towing. We called the man and he was extremely helpful until he had our vehicle at his shop. We found out that the estimates were only free if you gave authorization to have your car worked on once they took it apart to find out what was wrong, then the towing was not free if we don’t have our car worked on either. The office manager was extremely rude, arrogant, and unmerciful when we were in disagreement with him. He began yelling, raging, screaming, and seemed to switch personality right before our eyes. He was extremely unethical and he has no customer service sense whatsoever. This business is very unethical and unprofessional. Customers stated that the police had been previously called before we were there and that the manager was so extremely rude and that he had the people in tears. This is no way to run a business. They want to make as much money as possible in a short period of time and are very unethical about their business practices. Save your time, money, and go to a reputable place of business. Although this is a 40 year old business, which sounds great when the manager tells you, this place will be run to the ground by their illegal practices. We asked to talk with the owner and come to find out the Office Manage is on a power trip since he is in charge and later we found out he was not the owner. This definitely is a Bait and Switch that the illegal used car business did years ago, and now it has moved into the transmission business and namely, COXCO as an unethical business. Shame on those 40 years of business and for using customers to run a dirty and seemingly illegal business activities and mindset.
