This was my first visit to Total Access and I was very appreciative with their kind and very quick response to my issue. I was greeted by a smiling face at the desk, and by each and every care worker there, which put me at ease and made my visit as pleasant as can be. I would highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.

This was my first visit to Total Access Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in I was treated very well. All the healthcare professionals I met were very kind, caring & genuinely interested in my wellbeing. The paramedics did the initial assessment & then I was x-rayed given a nebulizer treatment, depomedrol inj. & exam by Dr. Bruckle. He was super kind & caring. I have new meds to take & hope to be better soon. Thanks to ALL the staff at Rock Hill Total Access Urgent Care.

I highly recommend the Total Access Urgent Care faculty in Rock Hill. The facility is outstanding, clean, and looks new. The staff front desk to nurses to the doctor were courteous and caring.

Great place and they also have one in Chesterfield. Staff is friendly, the facility is very clean, and they took care of me very quickly. I felt very comfortable with the level of care given----will use them as needed!!!

Excellent place! I have been there 3 times now and each time they were friendly, fast, and could do anything you needed done! I went in for dehydration so they started an IV, drew labs, and gave me fluids all in one visit!

We have used Total Access Urgent Care on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who is feeling ill or has an injury.

I booked my appointment online and was seen promptly, if not sooner, than my scheduled time. The staff was very polite, courteous, respectful etc... I was unable to see my regular doctor and Total Access was an excellent choice. I would highly recommend them.

I have been here on and off since 2010. From a broken toe to sinus infections, I have received excellent care. My primary doc often couldn't get me in quickly, but here I can walk in, get seen, get the proper medications, and follow up with no hassles at all. I have always been treated courteously and kindly I recommend them to everyone I know who just can't get into their own doctor.

I have been to this establishment three times so far and have received excellent care every time. All of the staff are warm and inviting. They break down the medical terminology whenever asked. Everyone was very considerate and would always ask if they could get me anything. I highly recommend this facility.

Great staff. Great care. Service was fast and I walked out with 8 pages of advice and information. Doctor was thorough and had me checked for several things. Felt good to feel that I was getting the help I needed

Went in after putting off going to doctor with sinus issues/cold. Filled out paperwork, put me in a room right away. A TV w/ remote at my disposal. Took a few for the first person to come in and see me, but then everything clicked along very smoothly. Very thorough exam, getting xrays, & tests to rule out more serious issues and even walking out with my prescriptions in hand - have absolutely no complaints. Very happy and will be my go-to place from now on.

This is my 4 or 5th experience with Total Access, and I can say that I absolutely can say nothing but good about the clinic. Everybody treats you like you would want to be treated, and it makes the whole experience appreciated by the patient.

I was feeling sick and went in. The reception staff were quick and caring. I had no wait time to get into a room and little wait time to see a doctor. All testing I needed was done and I was on my way with the needed medication. I felt respected and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care!

This place is amazing. I was able to get in right away. The service was great with multiple people taking great care of me. Their attitudes were positive and everyone was very helpful. I am really glad I went. It was a great experience and I am successfully treated.
