Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I loved my visit and was very happy with the medical care I received. Would definitely go there again if I needed to see a doctor after hours again. Clean facility and very professional doctors and nurses.

Heard about this office through a co-worker - so glad I went here. I absolutely love this office. I have been here a few times now and each visit has been amazing. Each doctor I have had has been awesome. They are very compassionate, take their time to listen, professional, and an important thing for me is that I am a self pay patient - they are very understanding and don't push any extra tests on me. From the time you walk in to the time you leave the office it is just one amazing experience after another. I highly recommend them.

Had my second visit there in as many months. Both times the doctors and staff were very friendly, helpful, honest, compassionate and caring. Little to no wait time in lobby or exam room. Spotless office and exam rooms. I highly recommend this location.

Best experience I have ever had at a Urgent Care. The staff was very nice and understanding. I don't have insurance and it was very affordable for me.

Visiting area and had 2 episodes of health issues. The service was quick, amazing, friendly and very professional. I wouls recommend them to anyone in need of a medical facility.

I was out of town in this area and looked up Urgent Care offices near me and saw what great reviews Total Access received. Called to see what kind of wait time there was and even from the phone call, could see why they receive such great reviews. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. It was by far the best experience I've ever had at any Urgent Care facility and I wish they were located where I live!

I have not been to Urgent Care in long time. I got wonderful care. They where fast, nice, and careing . I was there twice in a week I had poison ivy and they where great help me. Thank for great care.

I was very impressed with the attention I received and the professionalism. The wait was less than 5 minutes, the care was thorough and swift. The staff was very impressive, this is the place to go.

Went in with major back pain down one side moving to other.

Did not wait more than a minute before being seen. Everyone so was kind and sympathetic. I'm a baby when it comes to doctors

My experience at Total Access was great from start to finish! The entire staff was friendly. There was no waiting time. The paramedic was kind and thorough and the PA took plenty of time to understand what was going on and was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable being there and would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to anyone!

Dr. Sparks was absolutely wonderful. She told me I was her first case of Angioedema yet she immediately knew what it was. She gave me the correct treatment/medication and I ended going home instead of emergency room via ambulance. I was treated with respect and she thoroughly explained everything to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I love the convenient location at Cave Springs. Have had to visit 3 times, after Dr. Office hours or on weekend. Very glad they are there. Awesome group of professionals. Recommend them highly!

I unfortunately had to seek medical attention due to extremely high blood pressure. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go. I was referred to Total Access Urgent Care. The entire staff from start to finish made me feel comfortable and were all very professional. They ran tests and were very through. I got answers very quickly. We were super impressed.

We had learned about Total Access Urgent Care through a girl scout tour. We were educated about all the different injuries and illness's they can help with treating without the long wait of the ER. We recently had our first visit for an injury and were very satisfied with every part of our visit from the moment we walked in the door. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.
