If I am honest about the situation or problems I'm having with the car, then the Service Advisor is also fair and courteous to me.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. What makes it even better is the excellent service I have received from the service department. When it comes to professionalism Larry Rusk and Harry Manigian are number one in my book. They make me feel comfortable and get the job done. I highly recommend this service department for your auto repair needs.

Although I dislike the sales reps there I must say I ended up buying my car at WIN Hyundai and had a few problems with my CPO so I brought my car here to service and their service is great! =) Staff is friendly and they clean my car in and out unlike at WIN.

Ferry was amazing and went the extra mile to help me buy my car and offered great advice on the differences between paying in full and financing. He provided the pros and cons and tried to work out what was best for me. The price we agreed on was reasonable and the best deal I found for the car I wanted.

I was referred to PH Hyundai by a relative and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service that was given to me and my husband. We were just checking out make and models while we visited the rental department because we may be interested in buying one back home. The sales agents were very kind and while they checked quotes for me, also offered us lunch which we couldn't refuse. I'll be sure to refer all of my local friends here whenever they are in the market for a new or used car!

When i bought my jeep here a couple weeks ago the customer service was good, even when i brought it back concerning some minor things.. Larry in the service department was very understanding and professional. Hes gonna be the reason i will return to get my car serviced in the future.

I had the best experience here! I live quite a ways from this dealership, but I made my way over because I was told about how awesome their customer service was. My friend was so right!! The staff is very friendly and very willing to work with you regardless of your budget. They will work the numbers 5 different ways until they get the best deal possible for you. Most of my kudos goes to the sales manager, who is one of the nicest and most personable people Ive met in a long time. No complaints here about anything!

I bought a used car 4 months ago from Puente Hills Hyundai. Recently we encountered a problem with the suspension in the car because unbeknownst to us the previous owner had lowered it which then voided the factory warranty. upon discovering this we approached the manager about this problem and I can happily say that Puente Hills Hyundai replaced the parts that had been modified and brought the car back to stock, provided me with a rental car and the service was awesome. Great Service Manager, I am very impressed and recommend them to anyone. What I thought was going to be a problem turned out not to be. Great Dealer!

YOU ROCK!!! I had my Sonata serviced here and had the pleasure of dealing with salesman. This guy is freakin' awesome, he always treats my like I'm VIP and is so professional and knowledgeable.

I saw the dealership on line, perused the inventory, liked what I saw and made an appt to come that morning. Test drove the vehicle, made an offer and it was accepted. No hassle, no waiting for the salesman to talk to his manager and the price was lower than what other dealers were offering. Seems that there is an Internet price and a street price. This is the first time in my car buying experience that everything went so smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The only letdown is that I have to keep refilling the gas tank.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate the salesman for being so sensitive to the fact that I wanted to be sure about the vehicle before I made the drive up there and provided me with all the necessary information!!! I recently purchased a Gensis sedan here and was very satisfied with the quality of service I received. I was greeted immediately and they treated me with respect and accommodated all of my needs. Sunny was awesome he knew everything I wanted to know about the car and he really fought for me to get everything included in my package.
