Everyone was nice and very helpful. Every question I had was answered, and that was very much appreciated. The stone is beautiful and a perfect fit for my new kitchen.

We were in a rush to close escrow on our new home...Bill said... "Not to worry!"We choose our stone on Monday morning, the stone was installed on Wednesday afternoon, and it is gorgeous!!! The seam is invisible!!! Great price as well...

The granite makes the difference! Charles and the crew were excellent. They made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up to finish the job.

We wanted a single piece of granite to surround our new fireplace. Umpqua Stone was the only business that could provide such a product as they have the equipment to cut and finish the edging as I desired. Besides having the capabilities, their professionalism and quick service was top shelf! I'd recommend this outfit to anyone looking for first class workmanship and service. Pricing was not out of line either. Not cheap, but I was looking for quality and got it.

What more can I say about the professionalism, the quality of work, the craftsmanship of the work, and the overall value we received from Umpqua Stone. All of the staff answered all of my/our questions, assisted us with cost conscientious decisions that when all was said and done, left us with a beautiful counter top for our bathroom vanity. Yes, I said vanity. This was no large kitchen, nor was it being installed in a high end home. It was a simple bathroom with an odd sized vanity. We got a solid product (no pun intended) at a price I could live with, from people that really care about you, how the product look and perform in your home. Everyone at Umpqua Stone treated us like we were installing counter tops throughout our house. We are VERY happy with the end product and we will be back.
