We did our homework and research before going, which I highly recommend. Having that many cars we did not expect a representative to be highly knowledgeable with all makes and models. With that being said, we had 3 cars picked out prior to making an appointment. The representative had the cars ready upon arrival. We picked out our car with out having to deal with high pressure sales. The financing process (good credit) was painless, professional and efficient. In and out in 3 hours. Their selection of cars is wide, no high pressure sales and the each representatives got the job done. When we need another car, we'll definitely be returning!

My Son's and I visited Auction Direct a few weeks ago. They both needed a car for college. We had visited a few dealerships and Car Max. I just wanted to say that the whole experience was absolutely second to none. Keith was are sales rep, he was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We told him our budget and he directed us to only those cars within our budget, I highly recommend him, so ask for Keith when you visit. Robert, was our finance Manager. He was awesome during our financing process. The whole experience is how car buying should be. Stress free, pressure free. We have recommend them to all our family and friends. So thanks again Auction Direct for just and awesome experience, my boys just love their cars.

My heater did not work, the service department was friendly and efficient. I will use service department again even If I have to pay.

I have plenty of experience buying used vehicles through out my life and I was impressed with Auction Direct. When I walked in, I was a little surprised to be greeted and registered then introduced to a sales person. After the sales person explained to me Auction Directs Mission Statement and how they do business, they actual walked the talk. The salesperson and sales manager worked with me directly with out that running back and forth with the decision maker behind closed doors. My wife an I love our Mazda CX9

I bought my car from Auction Direct and it was a great experience. Jahiem Boyd was awesome to work with and even with all of my issues he was able to get me approved and out the door in my new car. I would send anyone to buy a car from Auction Direct and when you do go ask to speak with JB!

We had a great experience selling a car to Auction Direct. They gave us a significant amount more than the other dealership we'd checked in with first. Our sales guy, Jahiem, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He made the whole process quick & painless. I'd highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy or sell a car.

Came in after shopping and comparing vehicles on line. At first, wasn't really sure what to expect until my sales person informed me on how they do business. After meeting the manager and seeing the vehicle I came in on, I must say...I was impressed. After doing additional homework, I actually bought my second vehicle for my family.

I went to Auction Direct because my husband recently purchased a car. He raved about the customer service from David Ngeve, Sales Consultant and the overall experience. My husband called David and told him we were coming to look at some cars. When we arrived we told the receptionist we had an appointment with David. She paged him and within less than a minute David arrived up front to greet us. He took us to a place to sit. Immediately he inquired about the type of vehicles I wanted, the color and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. While we were out on the lot looking at cars the loan officer was crunching numbers. I found the car that I wanted went on a test drive. Unlike past experiences with other dealerships it wasn't a long arduous experience. Soon after we came from the test drive the loan officer(who was also great..I wish I could remember his name) had worked out a payment that was suitable for me.

JB is one of the Best Salesman. He got me in my new vehicle in a few hours. I will definitely be returning to Auction Direct years from now to get another vehicle.

My experience at auction direct was very enlightening the salesman Jaheim B. was very thorough very respectful and courteous presenting the dealership presenting the car add himself as a salesman I have told family and friends about the dealership and the way that you help people get a car I myself am very pleased with the vehicle that I bought from you I set out to get a certain vehicle and found exactly what I was looking for at auction direct thank you again auction direct and Jaheim B.

I was in an accident a few weeks back and totaled my car and had a week to find the perfect replacement. Being that this was my first car buying experience I was really looking for a dealership with trustworthy, honest, and unpushy employees who would sell me a car because they wanted me to have a great car, not just because they wanted a sale. Auction Direct was just that. Prior to visiting Auction Direct I was looking at CarMax where from the moment I had walked in I told them I wanted a Mazda3 and I was immediately pushed towards the Mazda6 and was told not to even test drive a Mazda3 when that was ultimately the car I wanted.



We were immediately greeted by Jahiem Boyd who listened to what I wanted and showed me the PERFECT white Mazda3 for me. They were patient and did everything to help me out with my financial situation and made sure I was getting the best interest rate.

The dealer sale man was the best. I do plan to do more business with them in the future. They are great. There a few things I needed done to the car an the are working on the issues. As well gave me a rental car until the work was done. Great people to purchase a car with.

I spent about a year and a half researching the car I wanted. I test drove so many SUVs and was very close to buying a car at CarMax. I decided on a whim to take a look at Auction Direct in Raleigh, and see what they had to offer. The Sales Rep Keith was very friendly and helpful. I found my car and a week later, Keith and Richard were extremely polite, friendly and honest about what I was getting into. They were just as excited as I was about buying a new car. I would highly recommend going here. Service was fast and friendly. They do have a few more options when it comes to lenders that CarMax does not!! Good Jobs guys !!

My Wife found the perfect second car on your site. Called and was informed car was available on Wednesday. Thursday my Wife went to see the car. She was able to take a test drive and decided this was the car for her. Friday we went back and saw our salesperson ( who was very efficient), and completed the sale. We sold our van to them, they processed all paperwork, and off we drove..very pleased .Good service in the process and it was a fair $ deal ( both selling & buying).

I really appreciate all of the help i received at AuctionDirect. I saw a car I wanted on the website and was eager to trade my car in. I spoke with Jahiem Boyd "JB" who helped me in more ways than one! I traded in my Hyundai and drove off in my BMW 3 series. The process was not lengthy at all. Quite smooth actually. I was not treated like a customer, if not more like a friend. I recommend Auction Direct to anyone who is looking for great service , who does not want to be hounded by salesmen and who wants to endure a smooth transaction!!! While I didn't buy the car I wanted from them (and haven't yet), my experience here was one of the best I've ever had. I'm kinda the worst case customer. I refuse to give my personal information, and have some pretty high requirements. Edna had no problem working with me however and that's great. There was no typical salespeople here, definitely no pressure. Everyone was nice and helpful

The entire experience was absolutely amazing . Everyone was welcoming , and made me feel like family ! Went in not expecting to purchase a car and drove off the lot with a wonderful deal! I had a great experience with Auction Direct USA. I shopped online then called a salesmen to check the availability, he was very quick to respond which I really appreciated. When I got there I felt comfortable immediately and not pressured at all. Everything was a lot more enjoyable than I ever imagined it would be.

Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) It was a very straight forward process where all the information was disclosed from the beginning. It was easy for me, which I really appreciated since I'd never bought a car before (my first and only car having been a gift when I graduated HS over 10 years ago.) I was nervous but they made it so simple that I really had nothing to worry about.



The car I finally drove away had more frills than I intended (I hadn't planned on leather heated seats or remote start!) but even with them, I had not seem it at a better price!!!
