Joe clearly knew the inventory super well and was able to answer our many, many questions about the details and specifics of each car. He was pleasant and patient as I slowly made a decision. He was accommodating of my schedule, professional and knowledgeable and, overall, just lovely to work with. I'd go straight back to Joe exclusively if I were buying another car!

This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Auction Direct. Joe was awesome! He made us feel comfortable and while the process was long, it was so worth it. Joe's manager, Jeff was very professional and up front with us. They respected the amount of my monthly payment that I wanted to stay within as well as the down payment which was very refreshing. They were not pushy at all. All of our questions were answered and we drove our new vehicle home same day! I am so pleased with my experience. Thank you Joe and Jeff for everything!!!!

When I first enter their office in Raleigh, I can actually feel the differences between ADU and the other smaller dealers I've also visited in person: they look more formal and professional. All sales persons are in uniforms with a fact book. They firstly introduce their process and how they distinguish from other dealers. Then Paul, my sales representative, led me to the parking slot where they park their inventories. They actually shows the KBB price in every vehicle-this is actually the reason that I choose ADU as they have reasonable prices. And they provide reports for mechanic tracks beside the carfax report. I can easily make my decision after the trial driving as I felt that both Paul and the dealer are trust worthy.

Best car buying experience I have had. I live in Atlanta and found a scarce low-mileage Mercedes E350 at the Raleigh dealership. After checking the Carfax provided by the sales associate, Bruce Strickland, and getting his opinion on the condition of the car, I hesitantly put a refundable deposit on the vehicle and flew to Raleigh for delivery. The price was very close to the Edmunds.com True Market Value retail and one or two thousand less than other dealers I had shopped with. The reviews from other customers on the web were very positive so I took a chance. It paid off. The car was even better than described. Bruce was a pro and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Bruce and Auction Direct USA.

Loved my experience here. Little did I,know when I went to,look on Veterans Day (I'm a veteran) that I would be going home with a car that night and with someone with credit issues I loved that! I didn't feel belittled because of it everyone there treated me great and even got me financed with a bank I never thought I could be financed through and I left with my 2013 Nissan Rogue that night. Will be going back tomorrow to look for a car my daughter. This is the place to go to find a car in Raleigh!

Jahiem Boyd was the epitome of excellence in customer service. He made the experience as simple as it could be, listened to all my questions and responded thoughtfully, explained plainly every step of the process, ensured my comfort in the vehicle, and ensured I was satisfied before I left the parking lot. He surveyed the vehicle, checking the cleanliness of the vehicle and even adjusted the seat for me. He gave me the best deal for my situation but if you could assure me that I could have a Jahiem Boyd experience each and every time I purchase a car then I would be completely satisfied.

After driving my Sentra for 12 years, and into the back of another car, i thought it was time for a new one. I bought a house near Glenwood, so I knew I would have no problem finding a dealership because there are about 782 of them in a 2 block radius (there are also dealerships located in the bathrooms of other dealerships).

As a former car salesmen, I was hesitant to look at anyone else but AD USA or Carmax, because I didn't want any of those sales pitches and lies and them saying "I make the BEST gumbo" (which I know is a lie as I was born and raised in New Orleans). so after a quick 17 hour dissection into what was the better place online, I decided that AD USA just simply had better prices than comparable stock at Carmax. So I packed up my son into the car, asked Lord High Commander (wife) to join me, and off we went on a long and epic journey around the corner to AD USA.

Tony was there. I remember his warm smile, his welcoming manner and humble approach when telling us about the dealership. We had contacted him earlier, and had the car I requested outside, awaiting its new owner for a test drive. Believe me, I was excited! But that particular car was a baby blue and I just couldn't even look at it. Thats what happens when you bartend in a collage town for so long that their very color disgusts you.

So I look around and got a Mazda3 instead. She was black, had lowish milage, in my price range, and an adapter for my phone so I can listen to Mahler's 2nd Symphony and charge my phone at the same time. It was a good fit for me, and I adopted her and named her Lily.

Despite me not even liking the original car I intended to buy, Tony was super patient and eager to assist me no matter the cause. He was great!

Then, after I decided on Lily, I met Donna. She was super rad! (do people still use the term "rad"? oh well). What a wonderful women! a super efficient finance manager and overall hottie that hooked us up with a good bank and made all those number good and stuff. Tony may have been super great, but Donna was something of the Heavens.

Now, I would say something like "I'm definitely going back to here again!" but this isn't a restaurant, and like my Sentra I drove for 12 years it might be some time before I even think about buying a new car. But that is JUST me personally, and I do not speak for my wife who needs a new car (she wants that weird looking Nissan Juke lol). We will be getting her that car, and only will we get it at this particular Auction Direct USA.

If Tony or Donna is out there, and if they read this...you guys are what make this place great. Keep it up!

When i walked in i didn't have to wait long for service. They had EXACTLY what i wanted in the color i wanted and it was already waiting for me. Todd was great from beginning to end. This is my first time financing a vehicle. I feel like they made it easy and understandable. They were very honest and for someone that doesn't have the best credit, went above and beyond. He even made my kids hot chocolate with marshmallows on this cold day. Lol. If my kids approved then so do I.

Always get good service from Donna Moody when selling cars to Auction Direct.

I recently bought a car at Auction Direct. It was a wonderful experience and I love my "new to me" car. Ariel, Richard and Jay were great and I was very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. I always used to dread buying a new car but now I know a different way of doing it- buy a used car at Auction Direct! I checked online ahead of time and the price that I paid for the car was a fair price.
The only negative thing that I can say is that I was disappointed that I only got one key with the car and had to spend the extra money at a locksmith to purchase another key and I did not know this until I was ready to drive the car off the lot. It was really a minor thing and would not have kept me from buying the car if I had known earlier. I would definitely recommend Auction Direct if you are in the market for a great used car.

Highly recommend auction direct! We had the pleasure of working with Quintonio all afternoon. He was extremely clear and patient throughout the process. After visiting several dealerships in the area - we were so glad we decided to stop at Auction Direct. Their business model is great - very straightforward and simple. Quintonio helped us find a car that we LOVE and we are very confident in our purchase. After bad experiences with used cars in the past - we are glad to have found a dealership we can trust. We will definitely be back for future cars!
