Patterson is overpriced.

They will not even give you an estimate over the phone. They say they have to wait until they get here. Simple main line snake, and they could not tell me an estimate. I called Henry's and got a very reasonable rate over the phone. They came out quickly and were very friendly and professional. Do not use Patterson's.

Over the years, Patterson Plumbing has always performed Class A work. Their employees have always been very cordial and fun to be around. They always stand behind their work and will always make any necessary adjustments or repairs without any hassle. They are prompt in their replies and complete the work as promised. An Excellent company.We recently had our Water Heater break. We noticed that there was water on the floor at 3:30pm on a Friday. I called Patterson Plumbing with the heater information, which was under warranty for another 2 months. They verified the information and by 6:30pm, we had a new Water Heater installed and the old one removed. Hurray for Patterson!

i had a guy come and check my cooling system.he was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about.he checked the system and said what he thought was wrong.i luckly asked a lot of questions/watched what he did.he got it working with a little capacitor and it worked but made a squeel.he said the squeel was a high dollar item and i was better off buying another unit for $4000-$5000.i asked for a quote on everything and while he was doing the quote i went in and looked on my computer,i found the one part that ended up being the problem for 50 times cheaper.when i went outside again i overheard him talking to someone about something like "alright ill try and convice him he needs a new system".the next day i found the part(capacitor)at a local store fixed the problem.the squeel came from the fan needing oil,his quote for a fan was 5 times as much as one costs and both fixes are easy.its obvious they prey on people who really need to cool their house and do not know much about hvac.

Patterson Plumbing and Heating Refuses to Honor Warranty######Spoke to technician, receptionist, and owner. Refused to honor 10 year parts and labor on water heater since I was not the orginal purchaser. I had all documentation stating warranty was valid, no where was it mentioned that warranty was non-transferrable. Owner smugly remarked that "everyone" knows that a warranty is non-transferrable. Not to mention that the technician claimed that they offer extended warranties to ensure a sale, even if the warranty doesn't exist and they have no intention of honoring them. Unmoral and unethical business.
