Dr. Parsons is friendly and knowledgeable. His assistants were very efficient and thorough. He took the time to explain my eye condition with me.

For my last eye exam I saw Dr. Hatch and Dr. Theurer. They are both great doctors and answered all the questions I had. Dr. Hatch was helpful in explaining the contact options for my diminishing near vision. I left with trial contacts in hand which was very helpful in making my decision.

Didn't have to wait long at all. I saw Dr. Morris and Dr. Wilkinson. I appreciated the time they took to meet with me and answer my questions. Great center.

I love going to Excel Eye Center for all my eye needs. Everyone from the receptionists, to the technicians, to the doctors is so nice.

Ever time I go in for an appointment I get treated like family. The doctors and technicians take the time to get to know you and are genuinely concerned not only for the wellbeing of your vision but your health overall. I will continue to recommend anyone I know that needs an eye exam to Excel Eye Center.

I had an eye exam at the American Fork Excel after 3 years of not having one, the Dr was very helpful and answered all my questions. They helped me get new contacts that felt great and I gave me great vision again.

I have seen both Dr. Morris and Dr. Lohner. They are both excellent. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Lohner performed my lasik, which was the one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Excel Eye Center is a great clinic. I highly recommend Excel!

I have seen Dr. Wilkinson and Dr. Gunther both. Both very kind and professional. Wilkinson operated on me and took his time to make sure I completely understood the procedure. I would recommend to my family and friends for sure. Cool people.

We have seen Dr. Gunther three times. Every time he has been kind and patient. He is friendly and has a great bedside manner.

After only being able to wear glasses for 23 years I had Lasik with Dr. Lohner. Seven years later I am ecstatic to say I still see 20/20 in both eyes! I wake up able to see every morning not to mention the fun sunglasses I get to wear. If you are considering Lasik I would recommend Dr. Lohner and Excel Eye Center.

Wonderful workplace! I have worked at Excel for quite a long time and could not imagine working anywhere else. They treat their employees as family.

I had vision loss last Friday and was extremely worried. I saw Dr. Parsons at Excel and he immediately diagnosed my problem. I was so pleased with the time he took. I like the fact that Excel Eye Center is a specialty clinic and I can be seen there for all of my eye care needs.

I had been to a doctor here once before. I just wanted my yearly wellness exam. I usually pay a $30 copay and then it's fully covered by insurance. This time when I called to make my appointment, they booked me with a specialtist who wasn't an in network doctor. Had to pay over $300 out of pocket. They could have least told me the doctor wasn't covered by my insurance or that he was a specialtist when I had made the appointment. Not going back.

Yes, I've had the same experience with having to wait long periods of time. I believe they see more patients than what they can handle. Also, the services they offer are very good once your able to get it but what they charge for appts, etc, is a bit over the top.

I have been going here for years and the last few years it has been the slowest, most unpleasant appointments I've been to. Last time I went in, I was there for almost 3 hours, The doctors only spend all of 5-10 minutes with you and there is never anyone in the waiting room when I go. I always request to be the first apt of the day so I know I will be seen, but that obviously doesn't happen. Due to my insurance this is the best place for me to go, or else I would change in a heart beat. Some of the staff are rude and give you dirty looks, and make you feel like you are burdening them. They have never greeted me when I walk in, You wait on them, they don't wait on you. If you don't go here already, I would suggest looking at other options.
