Need a plumber, definitely call RotoRooter. We were served by Chris4635 who was very professional and polite. He arrived within the time frame projected and provided all the info on our options. He was neat, clean and worked very quickly. We had a second floor toilet that required an auger. The work was accomplished fast with excellent results (whoosh!!!). Done in 1 hour.

I found them incredibly professional and friendly. They responded immediately. They were able to work around my hectic schedule. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them. I found their prices reasonable, especially for the level of service I received. I cannot praise them enough .

Richard Burr came to our house on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. Couldn't have been better.

Within 45 minutes we had a plumber at our door. He was awesome! Paul diagnosed the problem within minutes and took care of it. We would recommend Roto-Rooter without hesitation

I have to say they did a great job. My house has the worst sewer line any house can have. The clog was so far away that normal drain cleaning efforts could not get the job done. In the end I was glad that I called Roto-Rooter. I had no clean-out for my main line. They were able to find the line outside the house, go down 7ft. Underground and put in a much need clean out. I believe John and his crew were great. The equipment that they brought with was amazing. Like I said I'm really glad I called Roto-Rooter.

My kitchen sink, bathroom vanity and tub suddenly got clogged over the 4th weekend. I called Roto Rooter and received a nice response from the person answering the telephone.I was told a technician would arrive in about an hour and I would be notified when he was on the way which I was. The technician arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and polite. He assessed the problem, went over all the details with what needed to be done and gave a a quote.The technician's name is James Tavares and I am very pleased with his workmanship. Excellent job. James clesned everything up before leaving and left me with intructions to keep the system working properly. Very pleased with James and the company. Will call again for future services when needed.

The service technician Richard Burr wad one time and curtious. He fixed the issue and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He is very knowledgeable. I have never saw the sink work that well before honestly. We are more than satisfied! He even explained how to use the product he left to us. Exellent customer service on their behalf. Richard helped out so much. We will be continuing our business with Roto-Rooter! Thank you again

We called them Friday evening on the long weekend. They responded and scheduled the appointment same day. We had a very good experience from their service and would recommend them to our friends.

I called Roto-Rooter on Sunday and had a plumber out the next day...Memorial Day! Jim H. was great. It is nice to get a free estimate before any work is done. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

like to take this moment to say thank you to Roto rooter Jay Gallogly #3712 and his partner Chris Eddy #3391.. they save the day i am writing this on behalf of my brother Paul Martineau who paid to have this job done........It was Saturday evening 12/27/2014.sewer line was blocked, and backing up into all our drains.they were timely, professional, and efficient with solving our problem.Very polite.could not ask for better... those two were the BomB. . he took time to explain what was happening...they were at our house for 3 and a half hours maybe longer....they always had a smile on there face .we will need more work to be done in near future and these two guys are who we will be asking for....Thanks so much .Jay Gallogly #3712 and Chris Eddy#3391...Happy New Year......

Eric Woolf saved the day!!! It was this Saturday evening in Westerly, RI, and unfortunately, our main sewer line was blocked, and backing up into all our drains. Eric was timely, professional, and efficient with solving our problem. All while taking the time to patiently explain the situation to us, and interact with our 2 year old. Thank you, Eric!

I called Roto-Rooter on Christmas Eve after going to Home Depot for some drain cleaner. I spoke to rep there about my problem and he suggested I contact Roto-Rooter. To my surprise they sent a very knowledgeable plumber, Enea DeSimone, to my house. He listened to my problem in detail and asked questioned. He diagnosed and solved my clog in my main drain which was backing up in my tub. There was no pressure, just recommendations and suggestions. He educated me on my pipes, clogs and the lowest part of plumbing in my house. I never knew. I even invited him to return in three days to replaced some other old dripping pipes. Again he did a wonderful job and thank you Louie for helping him. You both did a wonderful job and I truly appreciate it. Thank, thank you. Trust me Enea is your plumber.

I called Roto-Rooter in Providence today and they responded to my house in less than an hour. Ann, the plumber, was knowledgeable, effective and courteous. She solved our problem quickly and didn't leave a mess behind! Highly Reccomended! Julie 9/15/11

I was very happy with the crew that showed up on Monday the 23rd. They did an Excellent job. BUT, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the crew that showed up on Sat. the 21st to access the problem, and the communication between the office!!! First you tell me an hour wait, then you call back and tell me another hour then they finally arrive at 2:30 on Sat. When you're people on Sat. promised to be here between 8-9 am,on Monday that got screwed up also!!!!!!!! Then come to find out that the people that were here on Sat. were not qualified to do that specific job on Monday!!! Made promises they didn't keep. I felt like we got the run around and it was a very stressful couple of days. Our time is as valuable as yours!! I understand emergencies come up, but not to put us last on the list, when we were told otherwise. But my hats off to the crew on Monday when they finally got here, they did a good job. It is not like we are new customers either, I was surprised as to how we were treated!!!!!!!!!! If it wasn't for that I would have given the company a five star rating. HAVING BEEN IN RETAIL MYSELF FOR 30 YRS. AND SERVING CUSTOMERS, I THINK YOU MIGHT NEED TO RETRAIN SOME EMPLOYEES. It does not make the company look good, when there are descrepencies on how and when things are to be done.

Great service, called early monday morning and they were here within an hour. Tech#728, Wilson Molina came in to clear out the main sewer line. He explained everything as he went along and kept us informed of all of our options. Definitely A+ service. If ever needed again, i will call them.

When my washing machine drain backed up I called Roto-Rooter. It was nice to know that someone was available 24/7. I requested an early morning service and received it on time. After assessing the potential problem I was given a reasonable estimate for the job, which was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. I definitely would recommend Roto-Rooter for emergency plumbing problems.

we have a very old house and used roto-rooter in jan. they sent out tec 1630 /ann, same day- jan. she gave a bid to repair a major problem. called, asked for her, she new the problem, came the next day, started working instancely, non stop. her work is immpecable.the job was very pricey, but her work was so good it made writeing the check easy. i am sure we could have paid less, but i am also sure that we would not have the same quality of work.,and would be calling plumbers again and again. she fixed the whole problem,cleaned up, worked very hard for hours with a great aditude. i would call ann /roto-rooter again/ you get what you pay for/apples to apples.

They did a nice job, a little bit costly though. However, they show up same day, which is convenient.

Roto-Rooter was great -- especially Wilson the Roto-Rooter service rep...he was great.



I called at 6:30 p.m., he was there by 9:00 p.m. (keeping in mind that he/they did not charge me extra for showing up after hours). He quickly assesed what needed to be done and then went to work. 3 hours later the problem was fixed. He was professional and got the job done. It was 12:00 mid night when all was siad and done and a job well done. I was able to go to bed knowing that Wilson and Roto-Rooter fix my problem.

Jim, the Roto-Rooter service technician, was very helpful. Right away, he diagnosed the problem with multiple drains being backed up as a possible problem with the septic system. Upon opening the tank, he confirmed it and showed me why it was the problem. He explained the the tank had to be cleaned before he could proceed and contacted the cesspool company that Roto-rooter partners with. He even dug the dirt covering the remaining two openings in the tank to get it ready for cleaning. He also explained why this present problem could be symptomatic of a larger problem with the way the septic system removes waste from the tank. He used diagrams from a leaflet he provided me to show me this. He did a very thorough job in explaining and educating.
