Our kitchen faucet was leaking at the sink base and we decided on a new faucet to update our kitchen and of course for the leak to stop. Mickey from Tritan Plumbing came out with 3 faucets to pick from and we decided on the up-scaled one to go with our kitchen.

Mickey replaced the cartridges in two showers, one tube, and changed the shut off valves for the wash machine.Mickey was extremely professional. He came in, checked out the problem, and then explained what he found, what it would take to fix it and how much it would cost. He kept us informed of his progress and when finished he had us check what he did. He was very neat and there was no mess to clean up when he left. I would recommend Tritan Plumbing and Mickey to anyone needing a plumber!

My 15 year old hot water heater over the last few years started to lose the hot water temperature whenever it got cold outside. I also ran out of hot water many times when taking a shower. Then this month the heater leaked water from the bottom very slowly. Fortunately I caught it in time before it soaked everything on the floor.I called Tritan and spoke to Sarah who was very friendly and professional. She understood my problem and she knew the repair guy was in the area. Within 30 minutes Leo was at my house. Leo also was very professional and very likeable. I knew I would get the hot water heater replaced and have hot water in just a few hours. Leo inspected the water pipes and explained everything he would have to do. He only had to replace the 2 unions which was a $50 extra cost. Leo calculated the cost of the work and parts and then had me write a check. Once that was done Leo went to work. Leo put in a new Rheem 40 gal Professional series gas water heater within an hour. I'm happy he was able to take the old water heater from off my hands. He waited another 1/2 hour for the water heater to heat up the water and to make sure all the faucets work. He showed me how to light the pilot with a push of the button which is far better and safer design than my old heater. He also showed the how to set the water temperature and showed which setting is recommended. Leo left and I checked everything cleaned up near the new heater and the new heater looked sharp. Within about 3 hours from calling Sarah I had hot water! Wow what a blessing!It has been over a week and I really like the hot water now! The hot water seems to be softer even though I don't have a water softener so that is a bonus. The hot water can get really hot on the "A" setting. I tried the next lower setting but that wasn't good enough so I went back to the "A" setting which I like. Now my showers have enough hot water and when done showering I turn the shower dial up to see if the water is still staying hot and it sure is piping hot!Great job Leo and thanks Tritan!

We are re-building a shower stall in our second bathroom and there was plumbing problems that needed to be fixed before we could proceed. When I called Tritan, they were able to get someone out quickly even though they had bookings throughout the day so we would be able to get back to work on the shower stall. They actually were able to come out earlier than originally planned. The person who came out, Kirk, was friendly, explained everything in detail that needed to be done, told us the cost and got right to work. He finished, cleaned up and told us how to avoid this issue in the future. All friendly and professionally.

I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I receive by your representative, Mickey Owano. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of having Mr. Owano install my water heater. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. He went beyond his duties and brought to my attention a previous problem with a second water heater. He explained that the T&P relief valve was installed to short of code and the venting cap was not secured properly. After completing his installation of the new water heater, he went ahead and did the repair on the second unit on his own. I was completely shocked that he would do something as generous. Please know that your employee was extraordinary in his duties as a plumber, and as a thoughtful individual. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of his assistance and support. While I know that Tritan Plumbing is renowned for the customer service it provides, I feel like Mr. Owano treated my affairs with the utmost importance.
