Impressive company. The system they put in blew me away. I can control my door locks, thermostat, camera, and lighting all from my phone. I was originally going to just get an alarm but ended up getting a $1500 home automation system for free. They charged me an activation fee and the monthly monitoring. Amazing stuff. My favorite part is getting text messages when ever the home is armed or disarmed. They have different packages and I ended up going with the smart home package. Its money. I love it.

2 things to say: 1. the new touch screen i got and cellular technology was sweet. I can't believe I can control the system from my cell phone now. 2. I also had no clue about the thermostat control either. They hooked up my system so when I leave my home it drops my temp. by 4 degrees and saves me money. I can control my thermostat with my security system or my cell phone. Pretty crazy stuff. Yeah, I would recommend them to anyone. Good company, the Manager really customized the package for me. Overall, I just can't believe how cool this technology is. I called broad view and 1 other company and they tried to sell me a push button land line system. I don't even have a phone line. The thing I liked the best about Titan was that they were the actual service provider, they don't sell my account off. I recommend them.

First of all, the sales rep(Chad) was very polite and friendly, he didn't pressure me into anything. I had my alarm installed by a very friendly and knowledgeable tech(David) who answered all of my questions and only had my best interest in mind. I would definatly reccomend these guys for proffesionalism and service... not to mention a great deal!

There are a lot of alarm companies around there that we looked at before making our decision. In the end, we have been most impressed with Titan. They provide the best equipment, service, and support and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality home security at the best prices.

I recently had Titan Alarm install a new wireless system in my home. Their equipment is the latest and greatest, really. After comparing their equipment and monitoring to ADT, Brinks, and Protection One, it is very clear that their equipment is superior and their monitoring rates are more competitive. Even better, after your monitoring contract expires you are free to choose any monitoring company you wish, as their equipment isn't "locked." Our salesperson, Chad, came to our home on the other side of the valley at 6:30 PM on a weekday to meet with us and provide us a consultation. He even followed up with us every step of the way - great customer service! Also much thanks to Dave our installer (who did a flawless job in a short time) and Mike!



I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking a well priced, competitive, and advanced alarm system (they're lower priced than ADT and Brinks). Even better, they're a local AZ company based in Phoenix, so if you have any questions or issues, they're only a short drive away.



Give them a call and ask for Chad or Mike, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great. Not too many places these days where you can get same day service and have it still be quality service. The salesman was polite, informative and best of all, not pushy. I would highly recomend to anyone!
