Larry, the head of Dispatch is RUDE!

Parker and Sons in general has always delivered great service with excellent representatives out in the field, however, when I called earlier to ask for service I was totally blown away! I spoke to a representative in dispatch named Larry and I couldn't believe the way I was spoken to. He was unprofessional and out of line talking to me about things that are none of his business. I then spoke to his boss, LeRoy and while speaking to him about the issue, whether I was on speaker phone and our call caught what was going on in the background, or what I was saying in frustration came out comical, LeRoy or whomever was in the back, were laughing in the background while I was explaining what went on. I do not appreciate that kind of service, while I have given them my business EXCLUSIVELY for the past four years, having them come down to my property every 3-4 months!

Sadly, I will no longer recommend Parker and Sons like I have in the past and I will look for a new company that will ultimately appreciate my service.
