Thanks to Michael Workman, I heard about this amazing company. Aaron Poll did an outstanding job taking care of all those annoying crickets. Haven't seen one since, or any of its other bug buddies. THANKS BULWARK!

Just based on my conversations with Derek if that is his name, I would never go with this company or refer them to anyone. There is no way that it is just me that this kid does not know how to speak to. He was very disrespectful and argumentative during the entire call. I will be calling back tomorrow to speak to the owner about this boy and how he just lost them a regular customer. If I could give them less than one star I would just because of all the aggravation I just experienced.

Our technician, Pam, at Bulwark is fabulous. She is always on time and completes her work in an efficient and timely manner. Pests know better than to mess with her!

I'm very satisfied with this company. Dee always shows up on time and is friendly and professional. She has an uncanny ability to see termite tubes that I look right at and don't see (I've had a few). I'm glad she catches those early!

Bulwark Exterminating has one of the best most professional employee I know. Not only does Bruno show up within the allotted time, You never feel he is in a hurry to get to the next appointment. He makes you feel that you are his only customer and Customer Service is the king for this service. Bruno is the best.

Service Tech Bruno Barm has done a terrific job for us! He treated inside and outside our 2nd floor condo, always conscious of going the extra mile. This third time he even sprayed outside the lower level condo and checked the perimeter for any spaces or holes. I will sleep better knowing our place is now protected from those pesky desert crawlers. Thanks, Bruno!

Pam McCubbin has provided our pest control service for several years and has always done an excellent job.

Pam McCubbin has been the service person on my account with Premier Pest and continued on when Bulwark bought out Premier. She is always either on time or a couple of minutes early for the range of hours promised in the pre-service call. She explains what she is doing and why and always wears her booties to cover her shoes when entering my house. She is always professional, friendly and thorough in her work.

Bulwark's service is outstanding! They call me to remind me of the pest control schedule and to make an appointment that suits my schedule. They always shown up on time. In addition, Pam McCubbin who services my account is friendly and thorough. Pam respects my home and takes extra care when treating it. For example, she always wears shoe protectors when entering my home. I appreciate that.

I like Bulwark. Everybody is very nice and personalbe. James Howard is usually my technician and does a great job.

Pam came today for my quarterly pest visit....as ALWAYS - does a GREAT JOB...prompt, friendly, knows her job better then anyone I've ever met - and provides the best customer service! I would highly recommend Bulwark....because of Pam!



Also want to add - 1/28/13 - Dee did my annual Termite inspection - and also did a great job - EXCELLENT customer service - and I feel very confident with her knowledge.
