My sister purchased a car from power Chrysler here in phoenix. Not only did they sell her a lemon but also a bad warranty. She spent almost a $1000 dollars on her 30,000 mile tune up when she bought it with 32,000 miles. Then she had problems with the car accelerating while she was driving. Know the dealership wants $760 to fix a shift modulator. Her warranty dosent cover anything. she sits here next to me on the phone with the dealership ,for over an hour, trying to get answers. Maybe someday the dealership will learn to communicate with their service department, goodwill depart, and service contract department for better customer service. I know I will never refer anyone to them. Thanks for nothing on behalf of my sister

I saw a vehicle Online I wanted to purchase, so I made an appointment with one of the Internet Managers to see the car after she verified the car was still available. I showed up to the appointment at the scheduled time and the Internet Managers didn't. Not only did she not show up, but the car wasn't anywhere to be found either. If she wasn't going to make it she could of phoned me to say she was delayed or not coming. It was a complete waste of time and to a point...false advertising.

I scheduled an appointment with their service dept. online. I received a confirmation email stating that someone would be in touch with me to confirm my appt. time. I never heard from them. I gave up waiting and took my vehicle to their shop on Saturday, which according to their own website the shop is open Saturdays until 4 pm. I arrived at approx. 2 pm and walked into the service office. When the guy saw I had a coupon, he said the shop was closed. I went to another dealer, Larry Miller Dodge, and they couldn't believe that Power Dodge has such slackers working for them. I got my vehicle serviced at Larry Miller Dodge and would recommend them hands down over Power Dodge.

We bought a brand new car here which we love, but the financing department really did this dealer a disservice when they changed the terms of our loan two weeks after we bought the car. They called us & said either you agree to the terms or bring back the car. Not the best solution to costumer service. ######Then, when we took the car in for the first maintenance visit, we had a scheduled appointment which they promised would take no more than an hour, but ended up waiting for over three hours.######For this dealer having such a "stellar" reputation, we were extremely dissappointed!
