Mold Inspection & Testing was great! Professional, thorough, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with.

They were just as prompt, thorough, helpful, and considerate as the first time. The inspector arrives on time, does a very thorough inspection, talks about any problem areas he finds along the way, points out the good and the bad in the home and the best part is, we had our report the same night!

They did a really great job explaining all the work that will need to be done to make my house safe. I would highly recommend Mold Inspection & Testing!

Great experience with MI&T! I was looking for an objective, professional firm to do a mold report on our basement, which had flooded a few times. I hired MI&T for his services after moving into an older home. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way, and even provided reading material, as well as answered every one of my questions. He even got me the results on the same day! He was not only personable, but had reasonable prices as well. MI&T will be my only choice for any future home inspections!

MI&T did a fantastic job on a recent inspection. The inspector was on time, with a great attitude and was very professional. He came with all required tools and testers and electronically documented everything which he then emailed to us a day later. It was a relatively large place but he covered it thoroughly and was still efficient with everyone's time. Would definitely use again!!
