Our refrigerator went out Friday night and we needed it repaired fast on Saturday. I had already called a few places I had found on the internet, as well as a repair shop that was posted on a magnet on my fridge, without success....no one answered or they couldn't come by today. Then my wife looked up appliance repair on the yellow pages website and found Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. They had the most stars for service, and had great reviews, so she called them and they answered and were en route within an hour....on a Saturday.... in a storm..... We will NEVER call any one else for appliance repair. This is just what you need in an appliance repair company....quick, dependable service...and the repair didn't cost much either. I have thrown away the other repair guys magnet and replaced it with Emerald Coast's.

I'd rate this company 10 stars if I could! I have used them for 7 years now and they are always prompt and professional. One time, they were out of town when my dryer broke, so they recommended another company for the repair. The "substitute" was also prompt and professional. Unfortunately, due to my exceptionally high laundry load, the part broke 5 months later, well past the warranty period. Emerald Coast actually came (always the same day) and warranted the part! I am so glad I found them and will continue to use only them for my various appliance repairs.

I recently had an occasion to help out a friend of mine there in Pensacola who was having a difficult time - and being on the coast of Oregon, was unsure of how to get & install needed appliances. Thanks to the courtesy & professional service offered by this company, I was able to provide a washer & dryer to my friend at an affordable rate with their help. Don & Lindsey even worked on a Sunday afternoon to be sure she had her units in place & working, before she went in for scheduled surgery on Monday morning. This company provides such GREAT service that I don't even bother to call anyone else. Very courteous, prompt, and always comes the same day I call. Normally has all the parts needed to get us back in business. Trust his judgement and never tries to sell me anything I don't need or want. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my Maytag washer. Nobody I knew could refer me to anyone, so I picked them first to try. Called in the morning, and set up late afternoon appt. They arrived on time. Knew right away what the issue was. they made sure I was informed completely. Showed old part and new part. Were very courteous and professional. Most importantly, they stuck to their estimate. I will definitely use them again, and have no problem referring them.

They did a great job repairing my washing machine. Every repair step was explained and only neccessary repairs were completed. I will recommend them to everyone.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. Don, the owner of the company, came out and repaired our dish washer. He was very efficient and courteous. I also would like to mention that his wife, who scheduled the appointment kept me updated via phone calls on the status of the part she had ordered for the repair. She ALWAYS called me when she said she was going to, which I find rare these days. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

These guys are JAM UP!!!! OUTSTANDING!!! These guys knew what they were doing. Will use them again and will refer them to all. Reasonable prices too. Call these guys for honesty and great work!

Today was the 3rd time we've used Emerald Coast Appliance Repair and we wouldn't call anyone else! Don is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, polite... and did I say fast? He shows up on time, knows what he's doing, and walks us through the problems he finds, and the solutions, so we understand what went wrong with our appliance. My washer was going out of balance all the time, and after he checked all the usual suspects, he cleaned it up, leveled the back and front feet, and ran a load of clothes. All fixed! This was great. He didn't find anything broken, just needed to be leveled, basically. (I guess we hadn't done the leveling very well. oopsy!) THEN, he only charged us for the call! Excellent service for an incredibly reasonable price! I would call Don again and recommend him to anyone.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. The owner was very rude, he never called as promised, they ordered the wrong part which delayed installation (and never called, I found out b/c I called), they showed up two and a half hours late on one occasion without bothering to call, they never took the initiative to follow up with me in the 5 MONTHS that it took to get the correct part. I always had to chase them down. I understand the potential delayed timing it takes to get parts from the manufacturer, but they failed in customer service as far as keeping me updated, showing up on time, and maintaining professionalism on the phone. AWFUL. The installation guy was nice, that's the only positive thing I have to say. Way to run a business!!



They should take more time to follow up with customers and simply pick up the phone when promised.

Prompt, professional, and courteous... PLUS-they stand behind their work. What more could you ask for? Five (5) stars all the way!

We called about our refrigerator and someone was at our home within 90 minutes. He quickly and professionally diagnosed our problem and by the late afternoon, we were back up and running!!! I cannot recommend these folks highly enough!

I have a rental condo on Perdido Key. A guest reported the icemaker in a refrigerator- freezer was not working. I called Emerald Coast in mid-afternoon. The service man arrived at 5:30 PM, diagnosed and repaired the icemaker. Very nice, very knowledable, reasonable charge. I highly recommend them.
