It's organized

I lived in a Bevin and Brock apartment for two years, and my move-out process could not have been easier. Within 3 days of giving my moving notice I received a form letter advising me of my right to a pre-move inspection. When I called to set the appointment I got the impression that every tenant who moves is given this same courtesy. My property manager met me and pointed out a few things I had missed. There was also some damage my room-mate had caused from numerous nail holes in the walls where he hung his artwork. I was not prepared to fix the damage, so we agreed on a reasonable price to do the repair. I signed the move-out inspection form, as did my manager. Two weeks later when my refund check arrived. It was exactly what we had agreed to. The whole process was handled very professionally.

Me and my husband commented that Mom's units are the best kept on the block -- the grass was nice and green and the buildings were nicely painted. Of course we told mom how well you all were obviously taking care of the units. Thanks for your hard work on my mom's behalf.

Overall, I did experience a few communication hiccups with the staff, but the business owners are very willing to improve or explain circumstances, and I highly recommend contacting Beven and Brock employee Andy if you have a question- I am obnoxious, but he was always responsive and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Stacy brings a personal and warm outreach to any discussions we have ever had concerning maintenance or company protocols. The grounds are kept as nice as the day we moved in and it is always a pleasure to walk through the landscaped courtyard to the garage... We always speak highly of Breven Brock

I had good experience for a very long time

Beven and Brock has been nothing but a good experience. They are well organized with their rentals and even provide maps. I have been renting for a year and every time I needed something fixed all I had to do is submit a maintenance request and it was taken care of. They are friendly every time I have called. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to find a place without having to pay for listings, and they are open 7 days a week
