We returned from a camping trip to find a hissing noise behind a section of drywall near the sink. We called Kevin of Grace Plumbing the next morning and he was able to respond later that morning. Upon arrival he explained his procedure for finding leak and damage with an infrared device. After finding the leak, he repaired the damaged area and additional suspect area with no additional cost.

Called for a back up I was having in my toilet and shower- grace plumbing helped me troubleshoot and solve the problem over the phone saving me a service call fee! Thanks!! Great service and support.

I have used Grace Plumbing several times in the past 15 years and I have always had a good experience. Today, I needed my water heater replaced. When Kevin came out, he showed me that I only needed the tank rebuilt at a fraction of the cost. Again, I was very happy and will continue to use Grace Plumbing.

Mr. Grace came into my home and tried to scam me. He told me that my floor would need to be ripped up and all the plumbing replace. My second opinion came in looked at the exposed pipe in the wall (same exposed pipe Mr. Grace saw) bent down, put his hand around the pipe and found the leak. Total expense to replace the pipe was $60. Mr. Grace wanted around $5,000.00 to replace ALL the piping in the floor and also tell me how to get double the damage fee from the insurance company. Nice guy.

May 5, 2009, Kevin L. Grace of Grace Plumbing Inc. was called to assess a possible water leak at my home. Mr. Grace told me that he would have to perform an infrared and ultrasonic leak detection in order to find the leak. I asked if there was any other method to detect a leak and his response was no. After performing, what he claimed to be the infrared and ultrasonic leak detection procedure Mr. Grace informed me that I had a slab leak. He highly recommended that I not fix this leak, but to instead re-plumb the entire home. Mr. Grace at length explained the numerous negative effects and complications in the future if I decide to only fix the slab leak. He was very adamant about the need to re-plumb the home. In addition to this he presented a business card for a public adjustor he knew, later calling him and giving him all my personal contact information.
