STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!! Bergmann installed an AC unit to my new home. This summer starts its third summer of use. Last year the unit was not blowing cold air. I called out a Bergmann tech to come and fix the problem. He hooked up his equipment to check the fluid levels. He accidentally blew out the coolant, he refilled the coolant but was unable to see if there was a leak. This year my as was low again. Because of what happen last year I called a different company to come out and test the levels. They coolant was very low and almost empty. They said that I had a leak and it would have to be fixed. Because the unit has had to be charged each summer it was never properly installed. It had a leak when it was installed. I called Burgman would come out and warranty the work that they did. The man on the phone was rude and told me that because we had another company check the levels that he would not warranty the work. The man rudely hung up on me. This is not except able!

We found their coupon for a furnace cleaning on Amazon Local. Sharee came out and cleaned and inspected our furnace. Scheduling was easy and she came one time. We had a few questions about a future AC unit install and she called Bill to come out just to be sure we had accurate info. Bill was quick to come out and was knowledgeable about all our questions. We ended up needing a new furnace (our model had been from 1970-something) and they were able to schedule the new furnace install for the next day! They provided us with space heaters until the new furnace was operational. We want to thank Sharee and Bill for their awesome help and for all the technicians that helped with the install. We will for sure contact them again when in need and even managed to pass a business card along to a neighbor looking to get central air. Thanks guys!

I've used Western Heating and AC for several years now. They are always thorough and dependable. Richard did a great job today of giving my furnace a six-month check including cleaning and chaning the filter. The technicians always keep me informed of what they're doing.

Western heating and air is an amazing company with great technicians!

We were very pleased with the service and product we received from western heating and air. We got estimates and opinions from three different companies. Bill spent two hours measuring our house and examining the problem. Although his was the highest in price of the estimates he was the only one we felt was being thorough and honest with his assessment and was competent. They weren't able to start work for a few days, so they brought us portable air conditioners to help with the heat. The service was done in a timely manner. We had to put new vents in an existing house and it looks like they were always there. We would recommend them to others.

Did a awesome job replacing our Furnace and A/C will use them again in future.

These guys are SUPER FANTASTIC - I love Western Heating and Air. Being in the mortgage business it is important that I have good contacts when my clients have a need. I had one client that was going to walk away from a house he was buying because the furnace went out 3 days before closing. They got a bid of over $1,000 to repair the furnace and it would have taken more than a week. I told my buyer to get another bid and for them to call my friend Ryan Snow with Western Heating and Air. They called Ryan and the furnace was repaired the next day for only $400 and my client closed on his home and moved in. These guys are FANTASTIC!!!

Thanks Western Heating and Air for being there for us this past month when our heating system went down and it was around 20 degrees outside. I called on a Saturday morning and within 2 hours, our heating system was back up and running. It was a small fix but you guys were so reasonable in the pricing and didn't try to take advantage of a weekend emergency. We were also very happy to sign up for your annual maintenance plan as our system would not have shut down if we had been on this previously. We needed a new furnace last December and called a few companies for bids. We had no idea what we were doing or looking for. Out of all the companies, Western was by far the most thorough, provided great service, and had great guarantees, so we chose them. They came in and did everything they promised and took care of us so well that I felt as a thank you I would write a good review for them. This company was amazing for us, they put in an incredible furnace that kept our home much warmer than ever before! Our bills were cheaper, and they cleaned up the furnace room very nicely when they finished. Seriously, if you need a new furnace or air conditioner, this is the best contractor we have ever hired. My husband and I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

These guys came to my house several times to fix a problem. They were on time and very professional. They explained the problem and solution. I will continue using them.

The people at Western were great to work with. I called, they came out that afternoon to give me a bid, the cost was about $1,500 less than the other bids I received. They came out the next day and installed the Furnace/AC. The workers stayed very late to finish the installation. It was mid July and the AC was a welcome relief. I recommed everyone to Western.

I called to have them come out and service my furnace and replace humidifier pad...they charged me for two service calls (one for servicing furnace and another for installing humidifier pad) after I specifically asked and they told me they wouldn't...charged me $60 for 'cleaning' my humidifier drain which consisted of the technician spending 90 seconds picking up calcified water chunks out of the bottom of it. They did not replace my filters after stating that replacements were included in the service fee. They sent me another bill after I had already paid. I called to try and work things out and had with one receptionist only to have another call me back a couple days later and tell me that I owed more money.I did not receive the service that I paid for. They tried to take me for as much as they could.SHADY BUSINESS OPERATIONS, CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

I have never written a review of a company before, but I felt I must praise the guys at Western heating and air conditioning. I had to replace a furnace in a home I bought, and could hardly find a person willing to come out and look. Not only did they come look but gave me a bid almost $1000 dollars less that 2 other competitors bids. They clearly explained all my options and let me pick the best furnace for my needs. They did the job fast and I have had no problems with the unit in over 2 years. These guys are honest professionals I will never use any one else for heating and Air-conditioning. I highly recommend them. They are a service company you can Trust. Thanks, Ben
