I had great service with very competent technicians. They were fast and efficient in the installation of a new air conditioner. I highly recommend Steve and Tracy. They were even able to come three hours early so I could have my air on by afternoon on a hot day. Great service!

The installers were nice and very fast. We unfortunately had to install 2 new furnaces : ( right before Christmas. And 2 days before we left on vacation. I would use them again for sure.

I am AMAZED at the honesty, talent and hard work of the employees of Western Heating and Air (ask for Sharee L. and Justin W.). They came to give me a bid on a new furnace. Instead Sharee L. said I think we can fix your existing furnace and air conditioner, and they did!!!



I told Sharee my furnace went out 4 months ago at the end of January and I have been going without heat. I had another heating repair company to my home and spent $700 with the other company, after 3 week my furnace went out AGAIN and now my air conditioner went out the same day. Western Heating said they think the 2 items are linked from the furnace going out. The other repair company told me I would need a new furnace and I couldn’t afford $4,000.00 so I went without heat for 4 months. Because of the poor repair preformed by the other company that only lasted 3 weeks, I didn’t trust them to come back out to give me a bid on a new furnace. So I called Western Heating and Air. I read Western Heating and Air’s reviews on line and they were great!! So I gave them a call,

thank God I did!!! I will be singing their praises!!!

I had made an appointment with Western Heating for a preventative maintenance check up as I do every year. When Jeremy arrived he discovered that there was a water leak and the flooring was covered with water. Our Association Mgt. Company discovered that the pan under the water heater was rusted out and water was leaking under the linoleum. We will be installing a new water heater and pan. Western Heating will need to return to complete their maintenance job as nothing was accomplished witrh the HVAC unit. Jeremy is aware of this project. Western Heating and Air is a great company to use. They have always been honest with me and their service has been exceptional. I recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and co-workers.

I bought a blower motor for my furnace from Bergmann's. I'm an amateur talked me through everything I needed to do to install the new motor. He even gave me a delicious German cookie. I got home and installed it and the motor worked fine but had an additional problem with the furnace. I scoured the Internet and YouTube but couldn't solve it. I called Mr Bergmann up and gave me information that ultimately helped me solve the problem. I will be going back. Hopefully I'll get another cookie!!

I signed up for the Western Heating and Air service plan. They come twice a year, once to service the A/C and once to service the furnace. Erik M. did both of my service visits this year. He was super friendly, very professional and explained everything very well! I would definitely recommend Erik and this company to my friends!

they Did not show up for appointment. when I called to cancel due to the no show. I was lied to twice about the series of events that led to the no show. if they won't bother to show up they don't deserve your business.

They came out same day as I called. The tech Sharee was fantastic pulling up in her pink HVAC van. She quickly figured out the problem and started working on it. After a while mu father-in-law told me that my 5 yr. old daughter was talking her ear off so I went to save her from my talkie child. When I got to the basement she was speaking so kindly to my daughter and had my daughter holding the flashlight for her. WONDERFUL! Not just great service, Great Customer Service even if your customer is 5!

We were very pleased with the service call we received from Western Heating and Air. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning and made the necessary repairs.
