MI&T does a great, thorough job and is very kind. They're also really patient and clear in the manner in which he explains all of the components of the inspection.

Mold Inspection & Testing puts things in laymen terms for someone like me who isn't very knowledgeable about home maintenance. They also offer suggestions on updates that can be made to fix any issues at hand. I would 100% recommend this company!

They sent us the report the same day, very easy to understand, full of details and pictures. We would definitively go with them the next time.

I think the best aspect of my experience with MI&T, is that I truly felt that the inspector was working for me and my best interest.

Called MI&T to ask to send someone out to come inspect my home..I stood my inspectors shoulder for the entire inspection, asking questions as we went along on anything I didn't understand. I wanted to understand every detail and he made sure I didn't miss anything. Very smart people!

MI&T is awesome! We had another company come out to remediate mold behind a wall under a kitchen sink. The other company ripped us off big time. MI&T came out and assessed the situation, worked with us to keep the costs under control and, most importantly, did a fantastic job cleaning up the other company's mess and making the mold go away. MI&T is awesome!
