Well first off the lady with the attitude miss treated my dog put a choke hold on a well trained dog on a lead. By no means should she be working with pets she is very much a biootch.id never take my dog there she set one price then after I drive across town she changes it I had a 1 pm set schedule an tells me he won't be done till 6 pm ( maybe) then try to p,ay big momma ,well I ll tell y'all this avoid this place if she treats my dog like that while I'm standing there I'd hate to see what she does when I'm not an as I told her she lost my Bussiness she said to her groomers f"""k him I don't need his Bussiness well good luck lady your going to need it lots of itJohn manus Bellevue,ne

I took advantage of micheles $39.59 "GROOMING" after being a very loyal costomer for many years and it was the worst grooming HACK job my poor dog has ever had ! the lady that took over is a wack job and i will never go back there again 1

I made an appointment for my Lhasa and the employees were waiting outside for the owner so they could check me in than she finally shows up 15 min late my dog was there all day n lil kennels the bathing room walls are rotted out and when I came to get my dog she looked horrible the owner had another groomer trying to fix my dog they are cheap but the services explain why

I absolutely love the self pet wash rooms. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, the nice gals at the shop said I did not. They were getting ready to close and stayed open for me to wash my dog. Wonderful customer service!!!!! Not expensive at all. I will definitely be coming back!!

After taking my hard to groom little yorkie to many different groomers in town and being told never to return I found Micheles and thank god for them ! with no problrm what so ever they got my baby grOomed and looking amazing THANKS AGAIN MICHELES !
