I have taken my dog there 3 times now and have been more than satisfied. I have a three legged girl who is now in the winter of her life, she can be a little cranky after a grooming. Every time I have picked her up she is happy and gorgeous! I applaud the entire staff:)

I have been taking my Bichon Lilly to Michelle's groomed by April. April has groomed Lilly for sometime now and I love how she and everyone else there are so caring and the love they show for all the dogs.

Love and attention to detail

Wow what a great experience! I first took our two Standard poodles in to use the self service wash the employees were beyond helpful. Little did I know I soon was changing groomers. The price can't be beat and they are so good to the boys. Reminder calls of appts. and courtesy calls when dogs will be done and ready for pickup its like a fine orchestra. The boys are styling a new do and looking' good in the neighborhood. You won't be disappointed.

Pet Spa where the staff loves what they are doing.

My dog was 14 years old with health issues – she needed to be bathed once a week. For approximately 9 months I took Honey in every Saturday for her bath. The staff is wonderful and loves dogs. I was there every Saturday and never experience the staff being upset with any dog that was being groomed. This is a grooming salon where everyone really loves dogs. Honey never was anxious to go, she knew the routine and walked right. It is hard to put in words how grateful I am for the wonderful care they gave Honey!

Michele's Pet Spa

I took my little doxie peanut in for a bath. When I picked her up in a couple hours, she look so cute They did a great job. Thank you all. For being so nice to my little peanut

Best nail trim in town!

I take my boxer/lab Patron in every 3 weeks to keep up on his nails. The employees are always so nice and welcoming when we come in. They even clean his ears and give him a rad bandana for just 5 $! I wouldn't go where else!

Very happy!

I brought my schnauzer here a few days ago, and I was very impressed! The employees were all very kind and professional, and they made sure to go through everything with me before the groom. When I got him back I was very pleased. He was pretty rough before he came in, but he looked perfect upon return! Highly recommended!

Beautiful Grooming!

Took my bichon in to be groomed for the first time to Michele's Pet Spa. The staff was very nice, they are wonderfully priced, my little girl Chloe turned out beautifully! I am very pleased!! Thanks for taking such good care of her.

First off, the services received was unsatisfactory. The haircut was very poor. Secondly, the owner Kelli Parks was extremely loud and rude. She does not know how to treat her customers. Third, they are NOT punctual. If you have an appointment time, expect to pick your pet up about an hour after that. Fourth, I felt as if they were not very kind to my dog. I read other reviews after having my awful experience and wish I would have read them prior. They confirmed that my incident wasn't just an isolated slip up. There are much better places, for very competitive prices in town, including All Paws that is right next door.

Bad Haircuts, Rude Service, Unprofessional.

The owner was very rude and extremely unprofessional.I asked for a puppy cut and what I got in return was a hack job.I guess their grooming service is cheap for a reason. But for a small dog, $40 isn't even that good of a price. I would highly recommend somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle. Pay an extra $10 and get the job done right the first time, and every time.

It's too bad I have to select even one star. Beyond belief!

My husband dropped my dog Dexter and my daughter's Dog Pip off at Michele's Pet Spa. They were not ready at the agreed upon pickup time of 4 to 4:30pm. When my husband spoke to the shop at around 4pm the person he spoke to said they would call when Pip and Dexter were ready. When we had not received a call by around 6pm, he discovered his cell phone was dead. My son called and left a message explaining the situation and my daughter and I went directly to the shop. No one was there. I knocked at the door and no one answered. I returned home. In the meantime, Kelli Parks called back. My son answered the phone and she literally screamed at him. When my husband got on the phone, she continued her rant and my husband asked her to stop yelling at him. She continued to do so, and while yelling at him she asked, "Do you know what happens to dogs that get left behind?" Her manner was very menacing. He ended the call and immediately went to her shop. She was not there. Kelli had previously texted my husband, informing him that the dogs were ready. My daughter and son-in-law are the owners of Pip. I own Dexter. My son-in-law repeatedly called both the business phone number and the cell phone number from which Kelli texted my husband. I called, my husband called, and my daughter called as well. She did not answer. I found the address for her boarding service online, which was located at a separate location from her grooming business and went there to try to get the dogs back. She was inside, but refused to answer the door. My husband texted her and stated that we were outside the boarding location and wanted to pick up the dogs. She did not answer. In fear for my dogs safety, he texted her and told her he would call the police if she did not release the dogs to us. She called my cell phone and ranted at me, at one point, screaming, "F*%# you, b@#!h!" When the police arrived, they interviewed Ms. Parks and checked on the well-being of the animals. The police asked Ms. Parks if she would exchange the dogs for all fees due (grooming and a "boarding" fee for the tardiness). Ms. Parks refused. The police instructed us to call them back in the morning for an escort to retrieve our dogs at the grooming location. We did so as soon as the business opened at 8am. Even at this point, with the police in tow, Ms. Parks refused to release the dogs to us until the arbitrary appointment time she mandated via another text (9am) came. The police officer told her, "Ma'am, you can't keep their dogs." At this point, she allowed the exchange of fees for the two dogs, a puppy Yorkshire terrier and an elderly toy poodle. What she did was inexcusable. Not only was she extremely unprofessional, she took her anger out on our beloved pets by not allowing them to be picked up even though it was completely reasonable to do so.

Disappointing Experience!

I saw a sign advertising for dog grooming $39.95 and decided that I would try it out since it was close to my house. I called and made an appointment and they got me in basically right away. When I showed up the day of appointment they had no idea that my dog was scheduled but could squeeze her in. The place was just full of dogs everywhere kenneled and running around which I didn't care for. I asked them if they could call me 30 min before my dog was done so I could bring some hair bows that they could put in for me. They didn't call me until 3 1/2 hours later and told me she was finished. (so no hair bows) I showed up and a couple ladies were yelling at some dogs cause they were not behaving well, didn't like that either. When they finally brought out my dog her hair looked horrible. I have had my dog for 7 years and have been to quite a few different places and have never seen this. It wasn't even and there were tons of long hair that they missed. I noticed and asked if they could clean it up a little, which they did. But when they were cleaning her up they were a little rough with my dog and she wasn't even resisting them. When I got my dog home she ran straight over to her water and proceeded to drink for about 5 min. It was an obvious sign that she didn't have water at the pet spa. Just wanted to share my experience there. We will not be returning.

Wonderful results by caring groomers

After our groomer of 20 years closed, we decided to try Michelles Pet Spa. We have been SO pleased with the care and service they provider for our two dogs. They do not get anxious when we arrive for their appointment and they look ADORABLE when we pick them up! I have found Michelle's Pet Spa to be VERY clean and organized. It is bright and sunny in the front office area and the staff are always very friendly! Hopefully our groomers for the next 20 years! :)

Wonderful and compassionate

The staff was so wonderful to my family and pets. They took marvelous care of my 2 Boston terriers and Pomeranian while we were vactioning in Omaha. They not only talk about the love and compassion to animals and people... they walk the path also. Thank you ladies for all that you did.

Beyond Disappointing

I have recently moved to the area and I needed to find a new groomer. I was referred to Michelle's Pet Spa near 119th and Pacific.I should have followed my gut and walked out right after I walked in. Although friendly upon arrival, the front desk was completely disorganized. The floors and the grooming area where filled with hair and disgusting. I have been to a few groomers/vets over the years and none this filthy. The owner, I am assuming "Michelle" was yelling at one of her groomers regarding the state of a large breed dog's matted coat. I don't know who I felt worse for, the groomer or the dog. The nail trim I purchased was fine and cheap. Almost too cheap. $5. As a pet owner, you should feel that your pet is safe while in the care of a groomer. I didn't feel that at all and won't be back.

Great Schnauzer Clip!

Took my schnauzer there recently and the staff was excellent! They were very knowledgeable about dogs with allergies and I couldn't have been happier with the results of Sadie's groom! I have never seen her look this good, and be so comfortable in a grooming salon!

Love it!

I brought my cat to michele's to be groomed and I was so happy with the service she received! She looked so cute and the staff was very friendly! Very good price also. I will definitely be back!
